I had the most traumatic experience on 8/5/22. I went to get my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Masse. He used what seemed like a chisel(molt 9 i believe) to push on my teeth and get it out, he used so much force the tool slipped and he stabbed my tongue. That was for the top left one. The bottom one was the worst. He used again, the chisel, something that looked like a screwdriver(an elevator i assume) to push and twist in the middle of the tooth to break it. That did not work. He used so much force the tool also slipped again and it poked the back of my throat on the left side. The assistant, i believe her name was Maria, had a look of concern. I was squirming and crying and hyperventilating for the bottom tooth and they had to stop and use more lidocaine. It took over an hour for that one & he only used the "drill" i want to call it, after the chisel looking tool(molt) and the elevator tool didn't break my tooth. - Also they would go and look for other tools (in the cabinets and in other rooms) that they needed and work on my mouth with the SAME gloves. When i left and Maria gave my my prescription, she said "I'm sorry". I have never been so scared in my life. Im never coming back and probably not going back to a dentist for a while. Dr. Masse should not have a license if this is how he does all work.

Have had good experiences here for work done. The purpose of this review is more of a message to management, as no one seems to ever pick up the phone regardless how many times I call throughout the day during the open hours. So here we are on your review page hoping you check these. I'd like to cancel my appointment for Monday, January 17th, 2022. I will not be looking to rebook. Best of wishes

Affordable Family dental is very very good. Now that I am seeing another dentist i can tell the difference. I went for general cleaning to family dental and they did such a nice job. They are very very good. My new dentist didn't even do half the job that affordable family dental did. I would highly recommend affordable family dental.

Very friendly place, great ,clean and very fast and accurate dental job . I had a very pleasant experience. The two doctors are great . Dr masse . My son did remove his two teeth in 5 minutes . I had a root canal fixation . The surgon was very fast and no pain . I would love to visit this place again . They offer me private parking where they parked just to let me comfortable in my visit .
