In the coastal plain region of eastern North Carolina, two dentists: Dr. George Edwards, Jr., and Dr. Donald Henson, saw a growing need to provide dentures and tooth extractions at a price their patients could afford.
Turning away patients because dental care was too costly didnt sit well with the two doctors. So, in 1975 they opened the first Affordable Dentures practice inside of a two-story home in Kinston, North Carolina.
Today, the same commitment to affordable and high-quality tooth replacement solutions found in that two-story home is now delivered across the United States inside nearly 400 clinics, now known as Affordable Dentures & Implants, which represents the expanded service offerings and advanced high-quality care offered to our patients.
Through their care for patients, Dr. Edwards and Dr. Henson also discovered how important it was to provide immediate dentures with same-day service, especially for patients who often traveled great distances.
To this day, almost every affiliated Affordable Dentures & Implants practice has an on-site laboratory that is committed to providing same-day dentures and convenient dental care to patients as needed.

As we create AFFORDABLE DENTURE MOMENTS for our patients, we see firsthand that a smile can help transform a life. Our team is dedicated to giving back in the communities where we live and work through our time, talent and dental care services.
Affordable Dentures & Implants clinical and laboratory employees generously donate their time and talent at free dental clinics hosted by Mission of Mercy chapters across the United States. The mobile clinics provide free dental services including cleanings, fillings, oral surgery, x-rays and dentures to patients in need. The Affordable Dentures & Implants volunteers provide on-site dental care and dental laboratories to fabricate dentures. Oftentimes, if it were not for the Affordable Dentures & Implants volunteers, patients who visit the free clinics would not have access to free dentures or have their current dentures repaired free of charge.
Doctors and clinical team members from Affordable Dentures & Implants attend training programs to advance their skills in surgical and restorative elements of implant dentistry. The patients treated in the programs are patients in need, who are unable to afford dental care, including homeless individuals, military veterans and victims of domestic abuse.

Needed a repair on my dentures, I was hoping to get in right away but this was not possible, staff was very accommodating on trying to get me in and out on same day as appointment since I live an hour and half away.

I have been very pleased with the care that was given me. I had to all my teeth pulled because of a medical problem that destroyed all my teeth. My teeth were pulled in no time with zero pain. You get temporary dentures for 4 months while you are healing, and then you will get your permanent dentures, so be patient while the process is going on. I had the top done 5 months ago and couldn't be more pleased. The bottom was done a month ago, and I expect I will be happy with that also The staff are all very pleasant to deal with, and want you to be happy. I would recommend the office in Rochester MN to anyone. The bonus is that they are more affordable than most other places!

I got an appointment in one day. Got new gromets and realignment of lower denture. I will get them back on Monday afternoon. Remember to keep your temp dentures as I had to leave my lower denture for realignment. Will be nice to have them back and fitting comfortably and able to chew food.

Actually very pleased with all aspects except was misled ar the 1-800 that service would be same day. When the office called to verify my appointment the day before, I was told that may not be a possibility due to short staff etc. However, once there, I was told it could be done. Very professional staff.

Love this place,,Everyone is so nice from secretary to the assistants to the dentist .I'd reccomend this place to anyone who is getting dentures or implants..the Dentist explains everything..5 stars from me

Told me one price on the phone, and it was way more expensive (lowest was 150% higher) when I was actually there. I questioned this then walked out.

What a great group of people for Staff. I was so nervous going in, but they explained everything thoroughly and put my mind at ease. I look forward to going in on Monday to have my impressions done and to get the process started. I will soon be able to be out socially again. It's been 6 years. Thank you to the good Dr and tremendous staff.

I got my dentures here years ago. The people were not near as good as they are now. The people working now are amazing. The service is great. Prices reasonable. Very helpful. Thank you so much.

Awesome doctor and other staff. Waiting time in chair to get sedation was like 40 minutes after appointment was scheduled which made my anxiety grow. After sedation, things went well.

I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of myself or my loved ones. Not only is Dr. Hesam Feghahati undeniably gifted in his field, he is an utter joy to work with. He gave my fiance his smile and confidence back. There's no way to properly convey my gratitude to him and his staff for all their hard work and care. Excellent I will finally get teeth that will make me smile again my last pair of dentures from somewhere else never fit and when I would smike there were no teeth. Except I do not like the web sight and tried getting through to the office it was possible but over all a big 5 star
