In the coastal plain region of eastern North Carolina, two dentists: Dr. George Edwards, Jr., and Dr. Donald Henson, saw a growing need to provide dentures and tooth extractions at a price their patients could afford.
Turning away patients because dental care was too costly didnt sit well with the two doctors. So, in 1975 they opened the first Affordable Dentures practice inside of a two-story home in Kinston, North Carolina.
Today, the same commitment to affordable and high-quality tooth replacement solutions found in that two-story home is now delivered across the United States inside nearly 400 clinics, now known as Affordable Dentures & Implants, which represents the expanded service offerings and advanced high-quality care offered to our patients.
Through their care for patients, Dr. Edwards and Dr. Henson also discovered how important it was to provide immediate dentures with same-day service, especially for patients who often traveled great distances.
To this day, almost every affiliated Affordable Dentures & Implants practice has an on-site laboratory that is committed to providing same-day dentures and convenient dental care to patients as needed.

As we create AFFORDABLE DENTURE MOMENTS for our patients, we see firsthand that a smile can help transform a life. Our team is dedicated to giving back in the communities where we live and work through our time, talent and dental care services.
Affordable Dentures & Implants clinical and laboratory employees generously donate their time and talent at free dental clinics hosted by Mission of Mercy chapters across the United States. The mobile clinics provide free dental services including cleanings, fillings, oral surgery, x-rays and dentures to patients in need. The Affordable Dentures & Implants volunteers provide on-site dental care and dental laboratories to fabricate dentures. Oftentimes, if it were not for the Affordable Dentures & Implants volunteers, patients who visit the free clinics would not have access to free dentures or have their current dentures repaired free of charge.
Doctors and clinical team members from Affordable Dentures & Implants attend training programs to advance their skills in surgical and restorative elements of implant dentistry. The patients treated in the programs are patients in need, who are unable to afford dental care, including homeless individuals, military veterans and victims of domestic abuse.

Very unhappy don't feel that they went the extra to get things right! Got a refund, not the results I wanted. I will say the assistants and receptionist were wonderful caring people.

I took my mom here to have her dentures adjusted. The staff was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. The building was simply beautiful. The dentist did an amazing job of making her much more comfortable. I highly recommend this facility.

Affordable Dentures in Lynchburg, VA is amazing. They have caring staff and treat you like family. Today was my first visit at this location. I came from another Affordable Dentures location that I had a bad experience with. From the moment I walked into the door I knew I was going to have a better experience at this location. The staff was friendly and professional. They listened to my frustration and they are willing to help me get a set of dentures that will fit.

My grandfather paid a down payment to another office for a procedure. Then this office opened and he wanted to transfer to them. After 3 months I called this office back and they scheduled an appointment for him to discuss what needed to be done. We show up for the appointment and they say there isn't one and the transfer hasn't gone through and I need to call home office. I call home office and they say that the transfer has gone through it was approved 2 months ago. These people don't know what they are doing, they are rude and obviously incapable of doing the simplistic thing. Please find somewhere else to go, don't waste your money here. If I could have give them zero stars I would have.

I went for a consultation today. All the staff were super friendly. I'm in need of a partial on the top and bottom. So far I'm not very pleased because I want everything taken care of at the same time. I want back teeth on the bottom. Nothing was worked out except to pay $10,000.00 for implants on the bottom which I can not afford. We'll see, I'm goonna have faith!

It was affordable & above and beyond the people there are outstanding. They answer all your questions and make sure you are comfortable going through with your procedure. I highly recommend them.
