In the coastal plain region of eastern North Carolina, two dentists: Dr. George Edwards, Jr., and Dr. Donald Henson, saw a growing need to provide dentures and tooth extractions at a price their patients could afford.
Turning away patients because dental care was too costly didnt sit well with the two doctors. So, in 1975 they opened the first Affordable Dentures practice inside of a two-story home in Kinston, North Carolina.
Today, the same commitment to affordable and high-quality tooth replacement solutions found in that two-story home is now delivered across the United States inside nearly 400 clinics, now known as Affordable Dentures & Implants, which represents the expanded service offerings and advanced high-quality care offered to our patients.
Through their care for patients, Dr. Edwards and Dr. Henson also discovered how important it was to provide immediate dentures with same-day service, especially for patients who often traveled great distances.
To this day, almost every affiliated Affordable Dentures & Implants practice has an on-site laboratory that is committed to providing same-day dentures and convenient dental care to patients as needed.

As we create AFFORDABLE DENTURE MOMENTS for our patients, we see firsthand that a smile can help transform a life. Our team is dedicated to giving back in the communities where we live and work through our time, talent and dental care services.
Affordable Dentures & Implants clinical and laboratory employees generously donate their time and talent at free dental clinics hosted by Mission of Mercy chapters across the United States. The mobile clinics provide free dental services including cleanings, fillings, oral surgery, x-rays and dentures to patients in need. The Affordable Dentures & Implants volunteers provide on-site dental care and dental laboratories to fabricate dentures. Oftentimes, if it were not for the Affordable Dentures & Implants volunteers, patients who visit the free clinics would not have access to free dentures or have their current dentures repaired free of charge.
Doctors and clinical team members from Affordable Dentures & Implants attend training programs to advance their skills in surgical and restorative elements of implant dentistry. The patients treated in the programs are patients in need, who are unable to afford dental care, including homeless individuals, military veterans and victims of domestic abuse.

They over inflate charges on teeth removal. They'll say that the extractions are extreme because of infection when there is none. And a charge for bone grinding after an extractions. I've had numerous problems teeth removed and never had that done or even mentioned by my previous dentist.

I can't say enough good things about this Affordable Dentures and Implants. Dr. Nah and her staff are friendly and thorough and fixed 10 years of dental issues in four visits. My new teeth are great and required zero adjustments. Don't hesitate to make an appointment.

Affordable Dentures is a great place for having your dentures made the staff made me feel like family and the prices are very affordable I comparison shopped and they are the best and my dentures are beautiful!!!!

I had about 13 teeth pulled and the staff and Dr were amazing kind gentle made me feel so much better.i had a horrible experience in the past and she definitely changed my life. My new dentures are still getting adjusted but I'm positive I will be very happy every visit is amazing

I had to have 5 teeth pulled and a full upper denture put in the staff here made me feel comfortable and Dr. Ruby is amazing I'm so happy with my immediate dentures ,can't wait to go back in a year and get my perms. I have a horrible fear of getting teeth pulled and she was literally done in like 10 minutes.....I can't say enough good things about the dental office they are all amazing Edit: I just had to have a soft reline done and for some reason it wasn't sitting right but they whole staff was so patient with me and worked on it till it fit perfectly. Ik I was a pain lol but u would have never known it as patient and understanding as everyone was. Picking this office was the best decision I could have made if u have any doubts about choosing them please don't I'm telling u they are all amazing !!!

I came into the Abingdon office to get extractions and a bottom plate. I was so nervous but Jill a d Dr. Nah made me feel so comfortable. They were truly wonderful to me and I greatly appreciated that. I will recommend the Abingdon office to anyone who has dental problems. Thank you again Jill and Dr. Nah. I left there very happy.

Extremely Excited and overjoyed by the staff here at Affordable Dentures & Implants. Dr. Ruby is a must meet Dentist, caring, compassionate, and well skilled in her profession! Dr. Ruby, had a hard case to make a full set of Dentures for my Mother-In-Law that has major bone loss! In come Jill to the Rescue!!! Seriously, someone who definitely knows how to make the BEST out of the worst situation! Jill, passion and creativity for treating others how she wish to be treated is beyond ridiculous! We absolutely love, love, love her for ALL THE MANY adjustments she made to Bless my Mother In Law! She is now able to eat cashews, her favorites and she has not been able to do that in 25 years! Jill you and Dr. Ruby need to expand...more people need this kind of dental experience! To everyone in need of dental work Call and make your appointment with REAL LOVING STAFF MEMBERS!!! On my journey called life, once I started having kids my teeth started falling out and chipping. My oldest is now 35 and I am now able to smile... it feels so good to have teeth again...a full set of teeth. Thank you to affordable dentures in belair for all they did for me. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. I could not ask for better service. Thank you to everyone there. I am recommending them. Doctor is absolutely the best, very caring and professional with a sense of humor! Staff is so nice and wonderful. Very pleased. Had to get extraction on my tooth, doctor made sure I was okay the whole time and felt no pain. Would recommend to anyone!! *Abington Maryland location

The Dentist here is awesome. Just had 8 horrible broken cavity teeth extracted and I can't believe how fast and easy it was. Had numbing medication and it was so fast. Of course I was extremely nervous but for no reason. Would most definitely recommend affordable dentures

I went to Affordable Dentures after spending 3500 on dentures at another dentist. I couldn't eat with those dentures in my mouth it was terrible had to take them out to eat I couldn't be happier with my teeth look great and don't have to take them out to eat any more to eat.Dr.Ruby is great dentist and wants to make sure you are happy
