In the coastal plain region of eastern North Carolina, two dentists: Dr. George Edwards, Jr., and Dr. Donald Henson, saw a growing need to provide dentures and tooth extractions at a price their patients could afford.
Turning away patients because dental care was too costly didnt sit well with the two doctors. So, in 1975 they opened the first Affordable Dentures practice inside of a two-story home in Kinston, North Carolina.
Today, the same commitment to affordable and high-quality tooth replacement solutions found in that two-story home is now delivered across the United States inside nearly 400 clinics, now known as Affordable Dentures & Implants, which represents the expanded service offerings and advanced high-quality care offered to our patients.
Through their care for patients, Dr. Edwards and Dr. Henson also discovered how important it was to provide immediate dentures with same-day service, especially for patients who often traveled great distances.
To this day, almost every affiliated Affordable Dentures & Implants practice has an on-site laboratory that is committed to providing same-day dentures and convenient dental care to patients as needed.
Each and every day, the team at Affordable Dentures & Implants strives to make a difference in the lives of our patients. As we create AFFORDABLE DENTURE MOMENTS for our patients, we see firsthand that a smile can help transform a life. Our team is dedicated to giving back in the communities where we live and work through our time, talent and dental care services.
Affordable Dentures & Implants clinical and laboratory employees generously donate their time and talent at free dental clinics hosted by Mission of Mercy chapters across the United States. The mobile clinics provide free dental services including cleanings, fillings, oral surgery, x-rays and dentures to patients in need. The Affordable Dentures & Implants volunteers provide on-site dental care and dental laboratories to fabricate dentures. Oftentimes, if it were not for the Affordable Dentures & Implants volunteers, patients who visit the free clinics would not have access to free dentures or have their current dentures repaired free of charge.
Doctors and clinical team members from Affordable Dentures & Implants attend training programs to advance their skills in surgical and restorative elements of implant dentistry. The patients treated in the programs are patients in need, who are unable to afford dental care, including homeless individuals, military veterans and victims of domestic abuse.

This place was awesome! I got my dentures made in as little as 2 days and they look so good. The ladies that work there are so nice and thoughtful and the facility is well kept. I can truly say that they stand by their name and I cant wait for anyone who is reading my review to be inspired to give them a call and get services done there.

This place was awesome! I got my dentures made in as little as 2 days and they look so good. The ladies that work there are so nice and thoughtful and the facility is well kept. I would like to Thank The Wonderful Staff. Especially the Thursday dentist Who took over My situation and Made It A Satisfied customer. I still have a issue with the bottom plate but will give it timeand see how I adjust. They feel a bit short towards the back of my mouth making it extremely loose fitting and awkward. On The whole I am almost Happy. I am not aggressive but would of loved having the lower dentures fit as nicely as the top. And it's not due to the bone density But the length of the fit to extend a trite longer to stay with the contore of the bottom gums. These Guys are really a lovely bunch of people

My Fiance , had 13 teeth extracted , got dentures paid over 5,000 . They never sent him home with after care instructions. The dentures are thick and are loose he has been living on blended foods he can not chew his bottom denture keeps falling out ! He has a appointment today at 1pm . I was considering a partial for myself, if they want to give them to me . I would not pay for a cob job ! Leave a review to win denures or tv ... here it is ! Praying Steve leaves their happy today , he has been suffering with the dentures for a month now !

Had over last 8 or 9 years Ive had 2 bridges made in WPB with good results and an upper made in Orlando with excellent results. 2 months ago I had an upper plate and lower bridge made and am seriously pissed off about the job they did. My upper is heavy and offset, I take them out to eat soft food. My lower bridge is another bad story.

This place is beyond nonprofessional first of all I prepared for my services even with my dental discount plan I was going to over $1500 for my dentures and extractions and when I started my consult this young dentist came in looked in my mouth and said " oh you have some big problems here" and continued to embarrass me because of a medical issue I did not know about and carried on in such a way, I as an adult man got up after I already paid for everything , crying and had to leave! Even the assistant was trying to apologize and get me to stay but because I had already paid they would not get me but a partial refund of my money back! This one of the worst days of life, I finally found a WONDERFUL maxi facial doctor to do my extractions, but knowing they had already kept part of my money, and because of my financial status I returned to get my teeth made here! What a mistake , because with the money they kept from the first visit I still pages an additional $425 that I had to borrow from a friend they wrote a check for it and when I went to give it to them that said we can't take this unless the person is here with you! Omg! I then had to travel back another 20miles to have them wright the check out to me and I took to my bank to cash and returned with cash, this was to pay for the package of my temporary set then in 6monrhs to return for the permanent set and when I returned 6months later they said I never paid for the second pair! Then they started closing at noon and would not take my calls! This is so bad I never fill these things out but I just hope this never happens to anyone else again!

This is the place I went to get my dentures made after my first dentist moved to Miami. Although the Dentist himself was affable and seemed to know what he was about the staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. I am no longer using this place and am actually driving to Pompano Beach to my father's dentist rather than undergo the mistreatment from the staff here. After going elsewhere I was refitted for a new set of dentures that fit the way good dentures should. This place sucks and I would not recommend it
