For patients who require major work, we set up a complete payment plan with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
At Affleck Dental, Dr. Michael S. Affleck is the prosthodontist, and we provide a support team that consists of highly skilled professionals. We work hand in hand with all dental specialists to plan, sequence, and deliver permanent solutions to people who are missing one tooth or multiple teeth.
Dr. Affleck completed dental school at the University of Iowa. His next professional step was completing three years of additional training as a prosthodontist a dentist who fixes severely damaged teeth and replaces missing teeth. Now about half of his practice consists of general dentistry, and he dedicates the other half of his time to prosthodontics.
Our services include: restoring dental implants, cosmetics (veneers & crowns), fillings, bleaching, ZOOM bleaching, dentures, permanent denture solutions, and reconstruction such as Teeth in a Day & All on Four.
Office Manager Jaime works as Affleck Dentals practice manager. When Dr. Affleck opened his doors more than ten years ago, she was there contributing from day one. A native of northern Utah, Jaime grew up in Morgan and currently lives in West Haven with her husband and daughters. Her family owns and operates Diamond K, a farrier, farm, and ranch supply store. Naturally, Jaimes passions include ranching, roping, and riding horses. She also enjoys hiking as well as water skiing and soaking in the beauty of Flaming Gorge and Lake Powell.
I love CrossFit. Im one of those crazy CrossFit people, Jaime says. And, after working in dentistry for all these years, I am also a flossing enthusiast. I see what a difference regular flossing makes. So, I often encourage myself and patients by saying, I only floss the teeth I want to keep!'
Patient Care Coordinator Kacie is the Patient Care Coordinator at Affleck Dental. She has worked in the practice for six years, and there is nowhere else she would rather be. Kacie was born and raised in Plain City, Utah. She loves being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends. Going camping, fishing, and hunting are few of her favorite activities. She also loves playing softball, volleyball, and dodge ball in the summer. Kacie also seeks out adventurous travels; her favorite trip to date was visiting Kona, Hawaii where she snorkeled, kayaked, and took in the beautiful sights.
Dental Hygienist Sheli is a dental hygienist at Affleck Dental. Sheli always knew she wanted to be a hygienist, and in 2004 she became one. She enjoys boating, snowboarding, and spending time with her family.
Dental Assistant Lisa has been a dental assistant most of her life, starting as a senior in high school. She absolutely loves what she does and, since joining the team at Affleck Dental, is learning a whole new aspect of dentistry. Lisa finds it very rewarding to continue to learn new things. When she is not working, she loves being outdoors. She especially enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Family is the most important thing to Lisa. She is a mother of 3 and a grammy to 2 beautiful grandchildren; she loves being a grandma! Like Jaime, Lisa is one of those crossfitters, kind of crazy, but she loves it.
At Affleck Dental, Dr. Michael S. Affleck is the prosthodontist. As a dental prosthetic specialist Mike will work with other dental specialists to plan, sequence, and deliver permanent solutions to people who are missing one tooth or multiple teeth.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Dr Affleck is exceptional - highly skilled, professional and kind. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and has the expertise to repair even shoddy workmanship and inferior dental devices received at different facilities. His staff is A+, considerate, friendly and scheduling is amazingly prompt. His beautiful office is sanitary and top-notch. I only wish I had gone to him the first time around. Please don't make the mistake I did by going ANYWHERE else!

I am one of those few that are straight up scared to visit dentist even when it was not my appointment. In the process of getting implants. They were more then understanding. Warm blankets were my favorite.

Dr Affleck is 1 in a million. I would never go anywhere else and always recommend him to everyone I know. Him and his staff are always so friendly! They make you feel very comfortable which is what you need when at a dental office. I could go on for days about how outstanding and beautiful his work is!

I have to say that really everyone that I met while I was there was super nice and they were able to answer all the questions I had so far... But now I need to focus on the money I am going to need to cover my work I need done,, but they are pretty awesome....

I was a patient at the other office and when I first met Dr. Affleck, oh, he was professional, to the point but seemed hurried. I told my surgeon who knows him and he laughed and said tell him to slow down or "the teeth are too big" in a loud voice!! So I did just that and what a difference it made. He just wanted to make sure everything was just right for me. He forgot about him and "small talk!". That was over ten years ago and I am still a patient. Professional, yes, but has a bit of time to make small talk and that's what was needed for me. Great staff!!
