Scott D. Elder was born and raised in Bountiful, Utah. He did his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He then attended Dental School at the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco, California, where he graduated with high honors in 1993. He now has over 27 years of dental experience.
Jamie Haakinson has been a dental hygienist for 20 years. She received her education from Colorado Northwestern Community College in Rangely, Colorado, where she was also a part time Clinical Instructor for several years.
She was born and raised in Vernal, Utah and has been married to her husband for a year and a half. She enjoys bike riding, going on walks, paddle boarding, and, most of all, spending time with friends and family.
Danette Garrard was born in Vernal, Utah and has spent most of her life in the Uintah Basin and the Colorodo Western Slopes. She worked as a dental assistant for five years immediately following high school and then graduated with honors from Colorado Northwestern Community College as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Including her time spent as a dental assistant, she has 32 years of dental experience.

The service here was excellent. The office was well-decorated, everyone was super friendly, and I was impressed with their up-to-date tools. I especially liked being able to watch them point out details from my x-rays on the wall-mounted tv that was visible from the dental chair.
