Originally from Oregon, Dr. Wettstein grew up on a farm. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Brigham Young University and then graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in the top 10% of his class. An avid believer in the importance of continuing education, Dr. Wettstein has completed extensive ongoing certifications, including becoming certified as a provider of implant dentistry, Invisalign technology, and the 6 Month Braces techniques. In addition, Dr. Wettstein received an honor from the American Equilibration Society for Outstanding Performance in the Science of Occlusion and Temporomandibular Joint Function. Dr. Wettstein is a member of the National Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and many other associations and organizations.
Dr. Wettstein is a firm believer in community development and local relationships which is why he is a member of the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce and a leader in a local boy scout troop. Dr. Wettstein values getting to know each patient on a first-name basis and is a true hometown dentist, involved in his community, church, and neighborhood.
Dr. Wettstein and his wife, Lynnette, have been married for 20 years and have three children. Together, they enjoy water sports, traveling and spending time with friends and family. She and Dr. Wettstein are thrilled to raise their family in the land of the sun!
Upon graduation from high school, he served a 2-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Nevada. After his mission, he attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science. Dr. Harker then moved to Arizona and worked in a denture lab for a year before attending dental school at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. Dr. Harker has spent time in foreign countries providing dental care to underprivileged communities.
His experiences in the Philippines as well as the Kingdom of Tonga taught him how quality dental care can be life changing. Dr. Harker is passionate about helping patients with their dental needs and takes pride in providing gentle care so patients can have an exceptional dental experience.

LOTS of issues. They were rude to my husband and made him feel like his appointment was an inconvenience to them, they were rude to my daughter when she called to ask questions until she started talking about money, they gave my husband an electric shock prior to numbing him for his cavities that gave him cardiac issues all night, they don't return calls. I cancelled my daughter's surgery because I don't trust them and they stated they would refund me a deposit but I am STILL waiting on that!!!

Absolutely horrible experience- when I walked in and they had me signing the wrong consent forms, then dental assistant Chelsea was fitting a night guard- made the comment that it didn't fit on the model and yet STILL tried to fit it onto my teeth to the point where I was almost IN TEARS. Then she ground down the plastic and only BRUSHED it off- I'm sure that inhaling those plastic particles is NOT healthy for me. Then, when I finally told her that my teeth were throbbing she told me that "that shouldn't be able to happen", ground it down way more, then had the dentist come and and tell me NOW it was practically loose and falling out. When he left the assistant then told me to "try advil "- if she had even glanced over my file my medical information is in there and I take stronger pain medication DAILY. Then she assured me if it was "TRULY" causing me pain they could adjust it- when I asked how when the dentist had just said it was too loose, she didn't answer me. On the way out I told the front desk that I never wanted that nurse again because now I was having a panic attack and the response was "Have a great day!" Absolutely *horrific* patient care.

I was able to get an emergency evaluation within an hour of calling. The facilities are very comfortable and modern, staff are friendly and thorough. The dentist and his assistant were very knowledgable and took time to discuss my history and concerns, as well as the recommended treatment recommendations. I was very impressed with the warm atmosphere, professionalism, and affordability.
