Dr. Nyakundi is personable, and well-trained. His love of dentistry and concern for high level patient care is very evident. His technical skill and knowledge are quite impressive and admirable, as well as his wonderful chair-side manner. Dr. Nyakundi is passionate about providing quality health care, which he believes can improve patients quality of life.
Dr. Nyakundi was born and raised in Kenya, and relocated to Boston, MA in 2004. He attended Boston College High School, and was a member of the National Honors Society, National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine Scholar, and a Boston Herald Newspaper Teen Correspondent. He also devoted a significant amount of time volunteering in several community service initiatives as well as holding a part time job working with patients at Massachusetts General Hospital, earning a Partners in Excellence Award in 2006.
Dr. Nyakundi graduated from Boston College (BC) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. During his time at BC, Dr. Nyakundi was an active member in the Pre-Dental Society. He was a member of the Shaw Leadership Program in which students worked together to achieve mutual goals through volunteerism, service projects, community programs, peer education, and deep commitment to one another.
Dr. Nyakundi received the degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. While at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, he was inducted into the Honos Civicus Society for being an exemplary active citizen through his academic courses, and co-curricular activities. He also held numerous leadership positions which included being a Teaching Assistant for the undergraduate clinic, Vice President of a dental students club and interned at a both the Massachusetts Hospital School (Canton, MA) and the North Shore Community Health, Inc (Salem, MA). In addition to being an astounding scholar, Dr. Nyakundi also actively gave back to his community by volunteering at both the Sharewood Dental Clinic (Malden, MA) and the Arlington Street Church (Boston, MA).
Dr. Nyakundi is a Board Certified General Dentist with a specialty in DOCS Oral Conscious Sedation Dentistry. He practices general and family dentistry including restorative, cosmetic, implant and sedation dentistry. Committed to providing the best advanced care, Dr. Nyakundi keeps up to date on advances in the dental field and enhances his skills by attending postdoctoral courses in prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.

I have to say I have terrible teeth and I've been to many many dentists over the past 10 years. I have never met a better dentist than victor. He is a very hard worker, and always goes above and beyond! He is gental and I never leave in pain! I can't express how much I like Dr. Nyakundi. I've been to countless dentists, as I've had many problems with my teeth and there's no one like him. He's well worth the hour and a half drive I take to go there.

Beware fake reviews read them very well written and scripted the staff and doctor talk to you very disrespectfuly on the phone and in person they advertise certain procedures on there page than they say they don't accept the insurance that they advertise the doctor is terrible I wouldn't bring a stray cat to this guy shame on this practice beware

I highly recommend affinity dental. Staff including hygienist are professional and friendly and Victor is best dentist I have ever had, including his concern about cost to you, highly unusual among dentists.

It's unheard-of that I would compliment a visit to a dentist office, but I am. Dr. Victor and his staff are so professional & caring he always makes me feel so safe . I myself can't stand going to the dentist but he has helped me work on my anxiety and my nerves , which in my case is a very big deal . once I sit in a chair I know I'm in good hands. I'm so grateful I found a dentist who really takes his job seriously . Dr. Vick is an amazing dentist. If you or your children are "afraid" of the dentist.. I so highly recommend Dr.Vick he is so gentle yet thorough and educates you on every step he takes during your procedure. Both myself and 8 year old love this practice and staff. His assistant is very nice and knowledgeable and his front desk admin is very nice as well. Also, his high tech, state of the art very clean facility makes you feel so comfortable. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Thank you so much Dr. Vick, my family has found our forever Dentist
