Below is our New Patient Registration that you will need to complete prior to your first visit. You can expedite matters by completing it at home before you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Our dental office uses the latest state-of-the-art equipment and cutting edge technology and we uphold the strictest sterilization techniques. We know that many people may feel anxious about coming to the dentist, so it is our goal to make your visit with us as pain and anxiety free as possible. We view it as our mission to educate our patients about all of their oral health care options and to help guide them to choose a treatment plan that is most suitable and appropriate for their needs.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. We also offer low-interest financing through CareCredit. We accept most insurance plans, however we are not currently accepting Medicaid. To find out if we accept your plan, please call our office.

From the receptionist to the dental assistant/ hygienist to the dentist were/ are very nice and patient. Professional and judgement free. It's hard to find a dentist when you suffer from irrational phobia about them and the process and the guilt. But here I felt comfortable as soon as stepped through the door thank you

Had to walk in due to an abscess on my gums and even though they were booked for the evening they were able to make room and get me seen. Very nice staff and will be back.

I cannot say enough!!!! This entire staff was so good to me and I love my new dentist!!! My new dental family!!! I am terrified of the dentist after some rough experiences but they far exceeded my expectations and made a point to not only do a thorough exam but went ahead and did my cleaning and replaced my filling and referred me for my oral surgery in one visit!!!! Organized professional personable and FUN!!! Yes I said my dental visit was FUN!!!! Omg I love my new dentist and dental team!!! Thank you sooooo much!!!

I've been going to that dental place for about 9yrs and I have had great service. The only thing is the staff comes and goes but hopefully everyone is staying for awhile because you get used to them working there. Everyone is friendly and helpful!

I love Affinity! My husband, who is a big dentist chicken, even likes them, thats saying something. Dr Whitsitt is awesome and so thorough in her explanations and follow up on procedures. The whole staff is so nice and professional. They never overscedule so visits are quick and easy.. Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a dentist.

Today's visit was a great example of why I like this dentist office. The Dentist & her staff are all friendly, caring & professional. I was given the treatment options and allowed to decide without any pressure one way or the other. The treatment went well and my tooth feels great. I highly recommend them.
