I have to say that Affinity Dental Hillcrest, has to be one of the most pleasant dental offices I've been to. The entire staff was so friendly & professional. The cherry on top was how Dr. Saldana's treatment was so painless. Everything during my procedure was explained to me by the doctor prior, which was comforting to me while I was in this care & his chair. Thanks again guys!

Initially I went in for braces over a decade ago, I was talked into doing Invisalign by the Owner because she said "it would take about a year to fix my teeth with invisalign". I paid $4800 plus other costs, I'm not exaggerating when I say it took over a decade, I missed many appointments to be honest because the Dentist that does invisalign only comes in on Tuesdays, but the length of the treatment minus the missed appointments was still very very long (close to a decade). The only arithmetic that matters to this Dentist office is overcharging for their poor quality service and terrible treatment outcome. In the end they tried to charge me additional $850 for retainers. They charge $95 at other places. I was not satisfied with the outcome of my treatment, my teeth still have gaps. I'm wearing the last Invisalign tray as a retainer. The owner and the little karen white girl nurse and the older asian nurse were extremely rude in the end when taking off the attachments because when they try to sell me $850 retainers, I declined saying "I'm not paying a penny more at your rip off Dentist Office"...to retaliate, they put some old woman brown glasses on me when taking off the invisalign attachments because they didn't have professional equipment to cover my eyes. The owner always talked to me like I'm a little child, with a patronizing and condescending tone pointing her index finger on my face. Very rude, very unprofessional, very disrespectful and you can feel the owner creates a very toxic and a very unprofessional environment there. AVOID THIS RAGGEDY LOW LIFE DENTIST OFFICE BECAUSE OF THE LOW ENERGY, LOW FREQUENCY, LOW VIBRATION, LOW IQ, LOW LIFE, DOTARD OWNER. FRONT DESK AND DR MILLER ARE GREAT, I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY WORK FOR THAT LOUD MOUTH, ROTTEN LIAR OWNER AT THIS DENTIST OFFICE.

Pleased with my experience at this dentist. One thing I really liked is that they were punctual for all four of my visits. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes after showing up before I was called to go back. A doctor who doesn't value your time is an irritant, so I'm glad they do.

They were my dental clinic for years until I had a dental emergency in March 2022. I am looking for a new dental clinic. Family Dentistry in North Park will be my new dental clinic. So sorry Affinity Dental I inconvenienced that day. Rico Encinas-Sepulveda

Been going here for several years.. seems they had an off day, as my appointment was at 3pm for X-rays, then a doctor review.. and an hour plus wait for the cleaning.. so I go in at 3pm, and leave at 510pm.. again, this was a first, and perhaps with staff situations, it couldn't be helped. Beyond that, they always treat me well.

Donald and Marlena were both very good I got an extra cleaning from Donald and Marlena was absolutely so pleasant to be around they're both very professional and very easy to be at the dental office with them so I do appreciate both the people that took care of me they're both really excellent

I had high hopes for great service but that was not the case. I do not like to switch hygienists or assistants at every visit. I do have to say that Arnold did a good job cleaning my teeth and was accommodating. On the other hand, the assistant I had yesterday seemed inexperienced. Poked me a couple of times with the instrument she was using to polish my teeth, stuck the suction tube in my mouth several minutes before she started to polish my teeth and then expected me to open my mouth wide. My lips were so dry that I couldn't stretch them. Then she assumed that I did not speak English so she attempted to speak to me in Spanish. I then told her in English why I couldn't stretch my lips. She then removed the suction tube from my mouth and placed it next to my ear!!! Not a good visit for me. I'll be looking for a different dentist.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff starting with the lovely ladies at the reception area and including all the professional men and women from assistants to specialists running this amazingly excellent dental practice! I've been going there for years and will continue to do so.

No issue with the skill of the hygienist. However, it would make a BIG difference if the rinse water spray was warm, and not cold.

This was a strange appointment - no polishing , no examination by the dentist. Just a quick scraping of my teeth. It felt half done .

Big thank you to Affinity Dental. Once again I left the office with a satisfied and pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly caring and professional. Very comforting office that is nicely equipped with safety protocols. Affinity Dental truly cares for the health and wellbeing of their patients.

Very good team. Given lots of reminders about appointment. If on Medicare, they only provide diagnostic information and full mouth x-rays. Crowns and implant tooth cost is $,5-7,000 per item.
