Dr. Arnel Eugenio earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona after active duty in the U.S. Air Force. He then obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry where he distinguished himself during his senior year through advanced studies at UCLA’s Center for Esthetic Dentistry. He was also a founding member of the Lambda Alpha Chapter of Psi Omega Dental Fraternity. Dr. Eugenio continued his post-doctoral education in a General Practice Residency at the V.A. Hospital – West Los Angeles. He resumed his military career while in private practice with the U.S. Army Reserve Dental Corps and was honorably discharged in 2005 with the rank of Major
As a clinician, Dr. Eugenio brings over a decade of experience in comprehensive dental care. He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry. His expertise in diagnostics and restorative dental procedures (including the latest advances such as the 3Shape and Itero CAD/CAM) provides his patients a holistic approach to dental care in a guilt-free, compassionate setting
Dr. Eugenio is currently co-director for Bridges Global Missions, an organization dedicated to providing healthcare and education to impoverished people worldwide. He is also a Staff Minister at Glory Christian Fellowship International in Carson, CA, where he serves in various ministries. He has been married for over 20 years and is the proud father of two daughters. His favorite pastimes are photography, DJing, following UCLA Bruins sports and Lakers basketball
Dr. John Spear is a graduate of USC Dental School and has been practicing dentistry for over 25 Years in Orange County. Dr. Spear goes beyond providing cosmetic dentistry by distinguishing himself as Affinity Dental Center’s “Smile Makeover Artist’. Dr. Alfred Penhaskashi is a graduate of the UCLA School of Dentistry and later earned his certification in Periodontics from University of Southern California. He was an associate professor in the Department of Continuing Education at USC and was instrumental in the development of training programs such as the Dental Implant Study Club
At Affinity Dental Center, Dr. Penhaskashi plays a vital role in the treatment and therapy of our patients diagnosed with periodontal (gum) disease. I showed up on time. First appointment of the day. Waited and waited and waited. Others that came after me were admitted first. Better hope your Dentist has a watch. Mine didn't arrive until half hour past appointment time. Not reliable business in my opinion and the office staff is lazy. Yikes. Now 45 minutes and counting. Dr name Aiham Machhadani. Not good

This place socks I o ready spend 35k in my whole mouth and still have problems now they broke my root for the crown they make wrong and I have to pay 4k more to fixed I'm so disappointed

In August I went to the office in Santa Ana .They replace one crown that ost me more than 700.00 than I was told that needed it to replace three crowns that will be out of my pocket more than 700.00 each also a deep cleaning 300.00 each side. By the time I had HMO . I wasn't comfortable with that so I change to PPO, know I have a new dentist went for my first visit and my results no crown replacements no deep cleaning no cavities. Wow! I think is not right. Never , never going to this office.

This was my first and last visit here. The staff checking me in and doing xrays were very kind. They had me wait for 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor. She came in and immediately tried to find a problem with my perfect bridge. Then she said I needed a 'deep cleaning'. Come to find out that was going to be two visits costing $500. My teeth were cleaned 6 months ago and did not need a 'deep cleaning'! A regular cleaning was not an option since the dentist didn't prescribe that. I left without making an appointment. Do not let them up sell or over-diagnose for you. Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Save yourself the time and possible money.

I highly recommend this office. Very professional, good pricing, friendly, & a "one stop shop". My regular dentist referred me to them for cancer screening. I changed to their office afrer 1 visit.

Hands down one of the BEST experiences I've ever had visiting a new dental facility! Posting this for numerous reasons...in the midst of COVID, this amazing group of professionals was warm, welcoming, professional, engaging and the cleanliness was superior not to mention the staff of doctors combined experience! WOW! From my welcome to my sit down to discuss insurance, I had to take a moment and realize I was at a DENTAL APPOINTMENT. I walked out of my visit and called all my network to rave about my exceptional experience. Who walks out of a dentist office/appointment feeling excited for the next step?!? Right? Yesterday was my first visit to affinity dental and I was so impressed with their office. The office is huge!!! I came in for a cleaning, but had no idea that they offer comprehensive dental care. I find that very convenient as a patient because I have had bad experiences were it was difficult to get copies of my health records for my current provider. They were very organized and the experience was very streamlined for me. I liked that the hygienist and dentist explained everything they were doing and why they did it. I also liked that they gave me feedback in terms of what I needed to maintain my teeth and gums. I will definitely come back and refer them as well.

Had a dental cleaning with Mariya the hygienist. The whole hygiene department was so welcoming and friendly. Mariya had such a soft touch and was gentle while cleaning my teeth. I have had rough teeth cleanings before at other offices, so appreciate a hygienist with a soft gentle touch, that gets the job done. Beyond happy with my cleaning and the customer service the whole office provided me with.

I love the staff at Affinity! They treat you like you are important to them. I had to wait a little longer than I usually do for Dr Le. However my Xrays were taken promptly and the assistant kept checking on me, turning on TV to help pass the time while I waited for the Dr. I will be having more appointments as I try to get my teeth healthier!!!

This place was fantastic. I DO NOT like going to a dentist but everything from the staff and the way they have separate waiting areas for different parts of your visit after each task is done, it helps you feel like things are moving along quickly rather than just sitting in the same spot. The staff is so friendly and professional. Thank you Affinity Dental :)
