I liked them but I am fairly confident they went out of business. I am trying to schedule cleanings for my health insurance requirements and no one has called me back, I've tried the last 2 months. I'll find somewhere else if they don't call me back today.

First time visit with Dr. Claudia for my son and I was very pleased! She was very nice and interactive with him, as well as very informative! The whole staff was also pleasant! My son is not a big dentist/dr fan and they made him comfortable to get through the appt! Thank you and great job!

I love this dentist they have really helped me out with my fear of dentists. They have helped me with my teeth and I need years of work and they have done a great job. I'd definitely recommend this dentist clinic to others.

Went in for my tooth cleaning and came out with incredible pain from jawline up to my temple. Went back to the office the third day and the doctor give me a prescription for pills that he says will resolve the pain, after eating the pill my left side of the face was swollen for three days, I went back to the office to ask why my face was so swollen, the respond I got was a simply "if it gets worse you may have to go to emergency" it's been two weeks since my teeth cleaning and I'm still in pain. I had to go to my primary doctor for pain reliever and antibiotics prescriptions. Definitely changing to another dental office. Affinity Dental does not take care of any problems caused by them and also gives you the pills that makes your condition worse, the only thing they do is send you bills

This was the WORSE cleaning of my life! Not only did Dr. Thomas Lin not know how to floss my teeth but he didn't know how to buff them or he DID but DIDNT do anything right nor did he spend any time doing them! When it came to flossing my teeth he simply push the floss in n popped it right out THATS NOT HOW U FLOSS! When it can time to buff them all he simply did was put the gel on my teeth He spent absolutely no time buffing the teeth at all my teeth look the same as they did when I got there as when I left !! The the dental assistant was the ONLY person who even tried to make my visit a Pleasurable one so very polite, kind and sweet which made the experience a little bit easier to get threw than it it was not for him I would've gave in this review a zero !! The worse Dental experience I've ever had in my LIFE!!!

Dentist was nice. The office people weren't able to schedule me because my other dentist never sent over my records. I called all week and the main office kept saying there was no record of anything missing from my file. So I wasn't able to resolve the issue. The office manager wouldn't listen to what I had to say and it was very upsetting. It wasn't until the end of the week they canceled my appointment and wouldn't see me. I ended up finding an alternative dentist and they didn't need records. Instead they just took their own XRays and made personalized recommendations. Go to Bridgeworks Dental in Groton or East Lyme Family Cosmetic Dentistry instead. They do a wonderful job and only get 5 star reviews. They've always done good by me. This place needs to reorganize their administrative leadership and customer service elements. They have a lot of potential and they could be great. They were just rude to me and were very lost when talking to me. Thanks for reading :)

Never go there. If you're able to see another dentist, please do that.

Incredibly Office Administrator staff who rejected my application for being a patient because they lost my paperwork and simply told me to go find another dentist after they lost my paperwork that had my social security number on it. They gave me explicit directions on how to transfer my records from another dentist. I had been ghosted by them for 4 months simply trying to schedule a teeth cleaning. They backpedaled and gaslighted me telling me more and more reason why they can't take in a new patient. Highly unprofessional. When I told her that I was recording the call she told me that was illegal and threatened to hang up on me and refused to help simply because they lost my paperwork. The entire phone call I patiently let them finish discussing their part of the sitauation but the moment I started talking they interrupted me every single time refusing to let me finish a single sentence telling me "I'm going to stop you right there- Let me tell you...!" I told her I felt discriminated against and was being treated very rudeley and she spent the entire phone call where I did not raise my voice to her once and told me that I couldn't be discriminated against her because she was a minority herself and completely invalidated everything I was feeling and experiencing. It seems like she's under the impression that, because she is also a minority, that gives her free reign to treat prospective patients like they're worthless. They are NOT a compassionate office and will throw someone out to the curb if they got caught in a mistake instead of fixing it. She tried to make me feel bad for simply addressing my patient needs because i was interrupting her lunch break despite not getting the promised call back after 4 separate occasions. I already have extensive trauma related to healthcare professionals from my childhood and this whole situation caused me to have a severe panic attack due to her lack of professionalism and rude power-tripping behavior. I now feel helpless and invalidated and clearly not good enough for their "care" and already struggling with tooth pains that I was seeking their help with. I will be filing a formal complaint with the CT Department of Public Health and the CT State Dental Commission to report patient neglect and exploiting my PTSD/Fear associated with medical treatment.

My first visit here saw Dr. Thomas Lin, he was very nice and straight to the point. Gave me a referral to see a specialist who would take my insurance. Office staff was nice and efficient. I look forward to being a patient here for years to come.

The most rude dental office I have ever delt with. I called to become a new patient and to say the very least the lack of professionalism shocked me. The "Office Administrator" attempted to belittle me and refuse me service due to not being able to bill and panoramic X-Ray as it is not billable until March 2022. After reading the horrific reviews I call my self Lucky for being turned away saved my self the trouble DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!

Incredibly rude staff lacking empathy and consideration for the person on the other side of the phone. I would not recommend going here unless you want to be treated like a child.

Absolute worst dentist office ever. Called after an appointment and was told I was not allowed to speak with my doctor and that he would. It be allowed to call me back... in what world is a patient not allowed to speak with there doctor??? Apparently Affinity dental. I filed a complaint against them with my health care provider. Do not go here it is awful. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I went to this office and was greeted by a nice receptionist and had a cleaning done it was quick and the hygienist was so nice. After the doctor came in evaluated my x-rays and told me I had no cavities. All the staff, doctors and the administrators were so respectful and kind. I booked my 6 month appointment and would 100% recommend this office.

The most horrible dental practice stay away. I had a tooth crack went for an evaluation. I needed a crown. The office manager never called to verify my coverage when I explained my situation. I had ins and in between jobs paid for cobra ins. Had to pay for the crown prep out of pocket.Four visits in one week each temporary crown broke with in 24 hours. My tooth was in pain and still is with nothing covering it. They declined processing the permanent crown stating the company wanted proof of payment first. I called and saw another dentist for a second opinion they never heard of such a process. I informed the office manager of the cobra ins being retroactive and currently active. On April 21 via email she was willing to wait to till the ins went retroactive. 2wks later three emails a message and finally a verbal phone call she refused to call the ins to verify coverage and said I had to pay out of pocket and file a claim. On this same day I went to my sons dentist explained the situation and they called my ins and verified my coverage and co payment. Nobody should have to go through these circles and be lied to I have emails to prove. Meanwhile I wasted a month with no crown. Stay clear if this practice!! Unprofessional

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to give this dentist office five stars. The receptionists booked me in immediately and got my info transferred from my old dentist. I was also very impressed by their sterile facility, and Covid protocol procedures upon arrival. And then I was able to have a cleaning there, and I had the hygentist, Tiffany, she walked me through her procedure and gave me the least painful cleaning I've ever had, and also the most thorough! And then a few days later I had a cavity filled, Dr Lin did the procedure, and did a great job, also his assistants were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place because it's clean and the team there is great

I've been coming here for several years and have never had a bad experience. On a couple occasions I had an issue that needed to be taken care of and they got me in ASAP. The place is extremely clean and the staff has been very professional and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place.

I Love this place, their staff is so welcoming and always looking forward to assisting. The place is spotlessly clean, me and my family are happy here. The office manager and the Dr.'s are helpful and FUNNY.
