Shadi, gave me very hard time with the microblading.She messed up with my brows, she did the right side longer than the other side. I didn't ask her to make it longer. She did that by herself.when I asked her to fixed it she got mad on me.she kept arguing with me, talking about the price which I paid through Groupon!.She said the touch up is only about 20 minutes!That wasn't mentioned on groupon.She thinks she is doing it as a favor for me. That is your prices through groupon if you don't like why did you put it there?I paid to her directly instead of paying to groupon which they can take their profit. That's something need to be fixed That how she wanted me to pay.She said after one week you should be ok!! How do you think after one week the right side will same length as the left side! That is impossible!!!!.Instead of talking about the time limit, she should focus on the quality of her job. She was just taking about the prices. I showed here my pictures , she didn't care, she kept talking about prices for other section.I ended up hurting my eyebrow to fix it by wiping it but I couldn't. I went to another artist to fix it for me and paid to her.She was fighting with me and refusing to fix it and doesn't answer her phone.It's look like i am begging to her to fix it.She said you left happy! Thats not true because I left with all dying on eyebrow, I wasn't able to see it until i got home and wiped it.That was the worst treatment I seen in my life.All the microblogging heals and goes away. Her work was absolutely not worth it. I haven't seen any changes at all.She had ver bad attitude to me.

I love my eyebrows and I'm so glad that I decided to have this done. Shadi is absolutely brilliant. Aside from being so sweet and kind, she demonstrates an advanced level of artistic skill and ability. She truly seems to understand the art of beauty and she was able to enhance my brows in such a natural looking way. I honestly couldn't be any happier! :) I wouldn't even consider seeing anyone else from now on, and that goes for all the services she offers, not just microblading. Very highly recommended! Shadi is so sweet, professional and quick! Can't wait for touchup. Photos are taken on day 7. Healed. They look very natural and nice hint of color. I love my new lips, thank you Shadi!

Shadi is great.... She's thorough and extremely quick. This was my 2nd experience. The first was a year ago, with a touch up and they last. So good to not have to draw in my eyebrows!

Stay Away! I went here to get mircroblading and really regret it. I arrived at the center and they numbed my eyebrows for 5 minutes before beginning the procedure (other services will numb the area for at least 45 minutes!). The service provider I got was seemingly new and inexperienced and didn't know what she was doing. The procedure was incredibly painful - so much so that I started stress-sweating and they even blamed me for it instead of numbing the area appropriately! She did not show me how she marked my eyebrows and just started microblading my brows without my consent if I liked the shape. My two brows ended up having different shapes and were not symmetrical. The shape was also different from what I wanted. Even though I didn't wash my hair for 6 days and did exactly what they told me for aftercare, after 5 days, ALL of the color was gone!! It looks like nothing has been done to my brows and I paid money and went through the pain for nothing. I now went to a professional place and they told me that the job done by affinity was so bad, not only was there no color left, but they also left scars on my skin. STAY AWAY from this place, it was the worst experience and I can't believe they would let someone work on my eyebrows who had 0 experience! They never apologized and I didn't get a refund.

I had an amazing experience with chemical peel and facial in this place . Shadi was very professional and would explain to me what she was going to do . I felt so relax & comfortable , that place was so clean . I would for sure go back for my monthly facial . Thank you so much for your lovely work and great experience you showed me. I had the best experience with getting my eyebrows microbladed. I have blonde eyebrows and they are super sparse. I was nervous for my first appointment because I've seen bad work before but Astrik (I don't know if I spelled that correctly) was so good and walked me through the whole process. I wanted natural hair strokes that didn't look like "Kardashian" brows. My expectations were exceeded. My first session healed so nicely and my brows were already so good- then I just had my follow up and seriously they look even better. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back here for maintenance.

Let me start by saying that I felt a little nervous going in because I've never had anything done like this to me before and after meeting and talking to Shadi I completely felt at ease and relaxed. I bought a Groupon for lip blushing and My lips turned out beautiful. Thank you Shadi I went back but this time for microblading and again Shadi explained the process to me. She is a very sweet and caring person. I have enjoyed every visit with her. I can't wait for m next visit and next conversation with her. I highly recommend her and the services offered at Affinity Cosmetic Center

I have been debating for some time to post this review. I had bought the Groupon in an effort to save money on getting lip injections, and I cannot be more disappointed in my results and the way I was treated. I was extremely nervous to get the procedure and have regretted it ever since. However, the day of the procedure, I left satisfied. Before leaving, Shadi had told me that my skin did not pick up all of the color on my lower lip near the liner and she would address that gap of color in my touch up appointment. A few days into the healing process, I noticed another larger gap on my upper lip, but figured it was just another section that my skin didn't take well and that it would also be addressed in my touch up. About 3 week later, I finally brought myself to accept that there was serious issues with my liner. I was in denial, scared of the permanency of the tattoo, and holding on to what I was told regarding everything being fixed in the touch up. When contacting Shadi about my extreme disappointment in my results, she blamed me. In a phone call, she told me it was my fault for not knowing that there was something wrong and that if I went to another artist for removal she would no longer help me since I would not be her client. Like another reviewer, she told me to buy the Kiel's scrub (which she sent me the money for after I asked -- I tipped $50 and the product costed $25) and that once she returned from her trip I would call me to be the first client she got in for my touch up. She never contacted me again. I did not reach out to her either because I was afraid of her worsening the tattoo and making the removal process that much harder. Today in speaking to another artist for removal, she strongly suggested to me that I write this review to protect others from having this happen to them. I fully admit that I was not a model client in my correspondence with Shadi, but she performed bad work on me. I understand that mistakes happen, but when I was scared and saddened, I was not treated kindly. I never received an apology or acceptance by her that a mistake my made nor did she offer any compensation for removal. Even in calling today to ask about the brand and color of her ink I did not receive a call or text back. Prospective lip clients please be careful, saline removal will cost significantly more than the actual procedure.

Very unprofessional and un respectful. I bought a service from Groupon, then I called to Affinity office to make my appointment for the service . Then easily someone told me they don't have one to do your service and you have to wait until we call you. I don't understand what's going on!! If you don't have any one why you are selling service. I am so upset because I paid for nothing and I wanted my job be done for my birthday. Now I have to wait until whenever.

SHADI IS AMAZING! I saw her for microblading & she was wonderful. I was so nervous but she made me feel so comfortable & at ease. She did exactly what I wanted & really listened to me & my concerns for my brows, ensuring they were perfect & I left happy. If you want microblding done GO SEE SHADI! You won't be disappointed!!! :)

Shadi is amazing! I walked in with no brows and I literally walked out a more confident and beautiful woman. I love her work and she is very gentle. Beautiful spirit and beautiful work. I highly recommend Shadi for micro blading eye brows.

I just had a facial for the second time with Shadi and honestly this is the best facials I have had in LA. Shadi is very professional and sweet, she knew exactly how to treat my skin and helped me find the right products for me to use on a daily. My skin quality and health has already improved in just a few weeks!! I can't stress this enough - SHE IS THE BEST !!! I will definitely keep getting my facials with her and I want to try the other treatments she offers. Also the dental spa itself is really cute and clean. Would put 10 stars if I could !

Very horrible place with no consideration for clients. Scheduled to get a lip permanent makeup.. advised to take antivirals so I don't breakout after procedure,at the same time scheduled an appointment a month earlier. Only to have my appointment canceled on the same day of the procedure..4 hours to the time. After waiting for a month. HORRIBLE SERVICE
