I feel blessed to be an Orthodontist! I absolutely love my job I love getting to know people and laughing withmy patients. I enjoy the stories they share about their lives and adventures with me and when they tell me what they are learning in school, the accomplishments of their families, or where they have been traveling. I learn so much about the world from the conversations I have with my patients.
Orthodontics was a dream for me since I was a young boy. I had my teeth straightened by an Orthodontist and thought How do they make my teeth move like that?! and What a fun job this must be! I loved seeing the excitement of patients getting their braces off, and I still remember what it felt like to have my crooked smile that kids used to tease me about become referred to as a million dollar smile by my friends and later co-workers. I wanted to bring that joy I felt to others in hopes that it will change their lives the way it changed mine.
My education in Dentistry and Orthodontics has provided me with a strong, well-rounded foundation of knowledge and experience. On the road to becoming an orthodontist, I received the following education:
Orthodontics is continually evolving; throughout the year I attend meetings, seminars, conferences and lectures to stay on the forefront of orthodontic technology. I speak regularly at orthodontic meetings throughout the United States and have invented appliances and treatment techniques that have been published in Orthodontic journals and are used by orthodontists worldwide. I co-founded the worlds largest Orthodontic study group, Orthodontic Pearls, where over 7,300 orthodontists meet regularly to advance our collective knowledge and understanding of the latest technologies and treatment techniques for advanced and challenging orthodontic cases. My patients deserve the best, and continuing education allows me to provide my patients with more options and better results.
I am blessed to be part of the wonderful community of Glendale/Peoria, and I believe strongly in giving back to those who have given so much to me over the years. I donate time to my church, community projects, dental mission trips, and regularly educate the community about dental care. Caring for others, and giving back to the community, is important to me.
Even when I am away from the practice, I am still surrounded by happy, bright smiles! I enjoy spending most of my free time with my wonderful family. When Im not caring for my patients, youll find me with my wife and kids, playing guitar for CCV, or pursuing other fun hobbies like piano, running, or CrossFit.
My wife, Dr. Morghan Teeters, is a pediatric dentist in Peoria. Together, we can plan the best for our patients using the knowledge of both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, which are two specialties that work hand-in-hand to deliver the best care possible.
Dr. Larry Davis received his dental degree from the University of Tennessee. He then completed a pediatric dental residency and a Masters thesis from the same school. He served as the Chief of Pediatric Dentistry in the U.S. Navy, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
Following his naval career, Dr. Davis attended Loyola University, where he earned his advanced training in orthodontics, making him the first dentist in Arizona to hold specialty degrees in both Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. Dr. Davis is a leader in preventive and early treatment orthodontics and loves working with our younger patients.
Dr. Davis and his wife Donna have four children; their youngest child, Dr. Morghan Teeters, is also a Pediatric Dentist in Peoria. In addition to family activities, Dr. Davis is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys skiing, hiking and scuba diving. He also enjoys flying his private airplane and he holds a multi-engine/instrument rating.
I have enjoyed many years of treating precious patients and creating Smiles, which create Futures. Looking back, I feel more blessed than I deserve. Looking forward, I find the opportunity to continue that privilege, today, even more satisfying. I am so fortunate to be working in such a beautiful office, with an excellent staff and highly competent and professional colleagues.
I grew up in Clovis, New Mexico where I practiced Orthodontics after graduation. In 1972 I moved to Phoenix and practiced orthodontics as a private practitioner until 1997, when I retired. Being very unsatisfied with my absence from orthodontics, (I failed retirement) I returned to practice in 1999. My wife, Camille, and I will celebrate our 40th anniversary in 2015. We are blessed to have 5 children and 9 grandchildren.

Hi my name is Rebecca. Ive been with Affiliated Orthodontics going on 2 years and I love creating beautiful smiles!! I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. In 2014 my husband and I relocated to sunny Arizona where I found my passion for orthodontics. I started my career as a dental assistant almost 20 years ago and over time transitioned into the treatment coordinating position. Im one of the first smiles youll meet when visiting our office and I strive to make the New Patient Exam an exciting experience!!! I love teeth, love to smile and love helping our patients journey into perfecting their smiles a smooth and easy process.
Miranda is your liaison as a new patient. She will introduce you to the office, our doctor, and help you through customizing your treatment plan. She has been in the Orthodontic world since she was 20 years of age. She has worked in all areas of the office. She has always had a love for teeth! She was very excited as a kid to get her braces, and still has passion for braces and making beautiful smiles to this day! When she is away from work she loves to travel and spend time with her amazing husband and 4 amazing kids.
Say Hi to Diana. She has been in the Affiliated Family for almost 20 years as our patient care coordinator!! She can do it all! She has five beautiful children and seven beautiful grandchildren to brag about! She was born and raised in Arizona and proud to call Arizona her home! She is a Christian and likes to work outside in her flower and vegetable gardens. She is also a huge Led Zeppelin fan! She is happy to welcome you to our wonderful office and start you off to a beautiful smile!
Karen is one of our Patient Care Coordinators. She is the first smile you will see when you walk in the door. She has a total of 12 years of dental experience, 4 of which are in orthodontics. She is originally from Minnesota and she has 4 girls. She loves taking walks with her two dogs, crafting, watching movies and going on date nights with her hubby. Her favorite thing is watching her girls play sports ranging from softball, dance and cheerleading. It brings great joy to her heart seeing them do something they love!
Say hello to one of our lovely assistants, Irene! She is an Arizona native and has been an Orthodontic Assistant for 23 years. She was first a patient of Dr. Daviss in 1995 and then started working for him in 1998. She reports, The experience I had as a patient is what made me want to go into Orthodontics. She has one son, they love going to Church, spending time with family and attending sporting events. I look forward to working with you to help give you a smile that will last a lifetime!
Teresa is one of our most experienced assistants. She was born and raised right here in Phoenix. She has been in the orthodontic field for over 20 years and has been working for Dr. Womack, Dr. Davis, and Dr. Teeters since 2006. She loves traveling and hanging out with her friends and family on her off time. She really enjoy the process of creating great smiles!
Youll love Noel! Noel is from Phoenix. He is 26 years young and has been an Orthodontic Technician for 4 years. He really loves what he does! He has always been captivated by peoples smiles. He finds a lot of joy in being a part in beautifying your smile! Noels other passions and hobbies outside of dentistry include watching basketball, working out, and he is a huge fan of MMA/ boxing.

She moved to Tucson in 2009 where she graduated from Pima Medical Institute with honors as a Dental Assistant. Shes been working as an orthodontist assistant for eight years. She is currently taking classes to become a dental hygienist. She is blessed with two handsome boys, Jaylen and Carter. She enjoys shopping and going out to eat on her days off. My name is Danielle Rivas-Griego, I am new to Arizona, Im originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Ive always loved going to the dentist to get cleanings when I was little, and thats what made me want to work in the dental field. I went to school for dental assisting here in AZ in June 2019 and I started working for Dr. Teeters and Dr. Davis in August 2020. I love traveling and my family. I have two sisters and one brother and I love to go visit them back home in New Mexico at least once every other month.
