Dr. Montella has a very gentle and kind demeanor. He is thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Great qualities for a great dentist!

Let me start by saying that my issue is not with Dr Montella, as he is a competent, friendly and a charismatic dental provider. My issue is with the front office manager. From day one I told the office manager that I had dental insurance, I also filled it it out on my new patient questionnaire and emailed her a copy of my card later...and yet she started charging me full non insured price before my treatment was even started on my first and second visit. I was encouraged to use an outside lab for shade matching of my dental implant described as "a little more expensive then using the insurance approved lab". That shade matching lab did a fantastic job matching the color of my front tooth implant but to this day I don't know what the incurred charge was. After several months I had happened to check my Delta Insurance PPO online statements and found that I had over paid by $2500+ for my portion of the insured charges for the procedure. I contacted the office. The response was an almost immediate "oh yes, sorry, we will send you a check". Isn't it ironic if you owe money the business always knows and tries to collect but if they owe you money you have to figure it out yourself and get after it. The check amount at around $900, was only a small portion of the over payment. I proceeded to file a complaint with my insurance company and after an investigation they will issue me a check for twice the amount the office manager had offered. Do visit Dr Montella for procedures but be knowledgeable that you are being charged appropriately if you are insured.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. My cleaning was basicly pain free and very quick. Overall very enjoyable experience.

Dr. Montella has been taking care of all our families dental needs for a few years now. He and his staff, Dana and Michele are the best. He is one of the most knowledgeable dentist's we know. Since finding Dr. Montella, he and his staff's work is always perfection.

Dr. Montella is an excellent doctor. He takes his time and works on every little detail. This is where whats professionalism is. You don't want anyone take shortcuts when it comes to your teeth. All family goes to him now. My adult son has a cerebral palsy and dentistry been a challenge for him. We tried so many "expensive" doctors from Beverly Hills to the Valley and Ventura. Since we located Dr. Montella we are not moving to someone else. Highly recommended.

Seriously, who doesn't fear the dentist? I am no exception. From the waiting room to the dental chair to the exit and follow-up, I have never felt more at ease and confident with my choice in a dentist, Dr. Anthony Montella. His nature is calming, gentle, kind and peaceful while his knowledge and expertise put him in an elite class of his own. He gets my full endorsement and recommendation.
