It has been a while since I have been to a dentist so I was nervous. Everything from the facility to the staff was wonderful. Everyone was courteous and very transparent. They explained every step of my oral exam and cleaning. As an anxious client, I truly appreciated that. I would recommend this place to anyone who want client-centered-care.

This is a great place for take care of your teeth. All the hygienists are amazing, gentle, kind, respectful, always caring about your health. The doctors are wonderful and they are always happy and welcoming. They have TV's for making yourself more comfortable and massage chairs. They take dentist to another level. I really love this place.

The office and building are modern and very clean. The front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The assistants, hygienist and doctors were incredibly friendly and professional. They did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and new patient exam. They verified I'm taking the right steps to keep my oral health on the right track. I have been going to ACD for over a year or more and I'm still impressed with their staff.

Dr. Kollia and her co-workers are excellent at what they do. They are also upbeat and helpful with any questions. The office has top-of-line technology, and advanced techniques are used for a comfortable and more thorough experience than one is used to in what I have experienced as a more typical dentist's office

My experience with Aesthetica which includes deep cleaning, root canal, crown and filling, has been technically and personally superior. For the root canal that showed need to pull the tooth out all together and go to implant Aesthetica very skillfully was able to save the tooth and go to crown rather than implant; this was as I had wished and requested. The dentist ( Dr. Kollia), the hygienists and the front desk staff provided superior service and were very personable.

Dr. Kollia and the entire staff are exceptionally skilled as well as very friendly and efficient. They use advanced technology and provide the most meticulous care. The office is beautiful and comfortable and parking is easy. The front desk is welcoming. No matter what the dental issue is, each visit is a nice experience!

We like our Aesthetica dentistry in Eastlake. We chose it initially because it was a 5 minute walk. Now we go to Aesthetica because it's not only close but especially because of their professional attention to pain-free detail, using state-of-the-art dental equipment. Team members give excellent care with friendly and efficient service.

Aesthetica Contemporary Dentistry was absolutely great. I am changing dentist and I received the most personalized care possible. Everyone was so incredibly helpful and mindful of me and my time. I loved how efficient they are and they did a great job on my teeth. I will definitely continue attending Aesthetica for my dental care and my family.

They told me I had 21 cavities. I went to another dentist who said I had 4 and that 2 needed filled and the others were ok for now. What the heck guys? Everyone was nice and it's super posh. The dentist I saw, not any assistant, prescribed me extra strong fluoride toothpaste and when I asked why they didn't just include that level and regular toothpaste she literally said "I don't know, more is better." For having such a narrow scope of practice and so much school you'd think she would have a better answer than that.

First visit at any dentist and they gotta get pictures and x-rays of your chompers. I've been through this with other dentists. I have a small mouth and it doesn't open very wide. They tried super hard to get the images they needed without causing me discomfort, and truth be told I was ready for it. The dentists and techs were super caring and apologetic although there isn't anything to be sorry about. Sometimes things just don't fit people. The rest of the visit was fine, they explain charges and insurance right there on the screen and prepare you for expenses that insurance doesn't cover. Transparent about procedures, process, and cost. If you need a gentle dental office this is the place to be.

Been a patient here for several years and always appreciate the excellent service. The staff is welcoming and kind, the cleanings are efficient, and any additional work I've needed done has always been of top quality. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a dentist.
