Let me begin by saying PATIENT BEWARE. A little over a year ago my daughter went for her bi annual visit to this office. A coworker of mine recommended them and being that my daughter was in search of a new dentist she decided to go in. Instantly she was made to feel uncomfortable as the staff made comments about her appearance.. in a good way.. but when sitting in a vulnerable position at a dentist chair as a new patient , well that is not warranted. The over the top compliments immediately gave her the impression that something was being masked. Moving on .. the check up by Dentist Orffa resulted in them saying she had 7 cavities, her 4 wisdom teeth had to be removed and that they highly recommended she consider invisalign. OK wait a moment! My daughter has never had a cavity, her wisdom teeth up until today have not been an issue and she wore braces for 2 years as a teenager that left her with a winning smile. The initial sentiment was that these people are money hungry, abusive and unprofessional. This was over a year ago and just today she received a follow up email stating her appointment was coming up. What appointment? If she had all these issues why not reach out sooner. Shortly after that disastrous appointment she visited our life long dentist and was told she has ZERO cavities,her wisdom teeth are not presenting a problem at this time and her need for additional cosmetic treatment would be her decision but not a necessity. Now during this COVID-19 crisis is when she receives an email of course because they are hurting financially as we all are. Please use your own judgement but for her it was very disappointing. Shinier and newer isn't always better. She learned her lesson and stuck to our Dentist which is great.

Best dental experience I have had ever. The staff was very professional and thorough in their explanations. They were also very nice and helpful. I went in for a dental cleaning that was a little overdue and the dental hygienist, Heidy was very meticulous. I was very pleased with how she took care of me and the entire staff. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you Aesthetic Smiles by Designs!

I had been going to Dr. Masso for a few years but had gotten a toothache in December of 2018. I went in (with insurance now) and was seen by Dr. Masso only for her to tell me that she couldn't do anything and would have to have me wait until her colleagues come back from vacation (about a month) in order to have them just look at my teeth. She also wanted me to see an Orthodontist (again, just to look) before dealing with the toothache. She did, however, give me the option of not going through insurance as she has someone who is licensed out of the country but could do great work?!? Of course, she tried to convince me that even with my insurance, it would cost about $1000, so I should consider paying the $1500ish for this foreign person to do the work. At that point, I didn't know what else to do and I think I just couldn't stop the tears from coming, and, while I tried to maintain my composure, I started to cry. Not only was there no resolution, but she wanted me to see other doctors that would still not resolve the pain. I asked for my records and they refused. Dr. Masso then took it upon herself to come back in the room and berate me condescendingly stating, "Honey, it's not my fault you have a toothache. I didn't put you in this position!" I told them not to bill my.insurance as I'll have to go elsewhere. They rudely agreed and I left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE. I've since found a much friendlier and more helpful office to handle my Gentle Teeth in pembroke pines and would be happy to give that information.

Such a professional clinic! Their customer service is incredible. Liliana at the front desk is always very attentive. All the staff members are friendly and always make you feel welcome. They have an exceptional follow up routine that demonstrates they truly care about their patients.

Love love love this clinic. You won't experience the crowd at this place, very clean and well organized. Everyone there is so friendly and professional, you will feel the warm welcome since the first step you enter the door. On top of everything is the doctor, she's very efficient, professional and pay attention to all the details! My first visit was a routine cleaning 6 months ago and this was the first time in my life having the dentist cleaned my teeth!!! (everywhere else you will get the dental assistant where the doctor will step in and talk to you for 5 seconds) I've never had this spotless deep clean until I discovered this place. And they don't push you to do things you don't need to. Today is my second visit for a routine cleaning and I'll definitely stick with this place. Highly recommend!!
