Ranjini Pillai, DDS, MPH, FAGD, is an experienced general dentist at Aesthetic Family Dentistry in Cary, North Carolina. After earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1997, Dr. Pillai earned a position at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in New York for her dental residency. Dedicated to continuing education, Dr. Pillai has expanded her expertise to include orthodontic treatments, including Invisalign, and she has achieved the honor of being named a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Pillai is very experienced and an expert at what she does. She is pleasant, always smiling and goes over all your options, explains everything before she works on you. I had quite a few procedures done and can say that after visiting so many other dental offices that her work is flawless. She has some of the best equipment and I never felt any discomfort or pain after the visit. I highly recommend her to anyone as one of the best dentists in Cary.

Dr. Pillai is wonderful and so professional and will truly be the best thing that happened to your teeth. She is patient during procedures and meticulous. Her work is excellent and you will not find a better dentist than her. And the best part, is that she makes it as painless as possible.

I started going to her about 5 years ago. My daughter had highly recommended her. My previous dentist had been watching multiple teeth that had issues, including some that had crowns. She took x-rays and suggested addressing them. Each time she worked on a tooth she took pictures that showed decay. The teeth with crowns had significant decay and I'm glad they were addressed before it was too late. From a medical perspective she is by far the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever met. This is the best dentist I have ever had.

Great place for any Dental treatment and visits. Been going for the last 5 yrs. Dr.Ranjani and her team are courteous and excellent at their work. If it wasn't for Dr. Ranjani and her sense of urgency who has been very supportive, I would have had dental issues and unbearable pain with the tooth. Thanks to Dr. Ranjani and her team.
