It is Dr. Varastehs mission to take dentistry to a higher level, to be the one to educate and improve the lives of people around him. He has created a work environment in which even the most apprehensive patients feel welcome, at ease, and leave smiling. This is what he works for: the wow factor that he gets from his patients, from the simplest to most complicated procedures.
Over the years, Dr. Varastehs patients have become part of his extended family, and he takes care of them like he would his own family. He has also put together a knowledgeable, friendly team whose sole purpose is to provide caring and exceptional care.
Dr. Varasteh is the proud parent of two children. His son is a recent graduate of George Washington University and his daughter attends Boston University. He currently lives in Wellesley. During his free time away from the office, he loves to play tennis and soccer. He and his staff participate in several community outreach programs.

I am here to oversee the overall operations of the office, making sure that the day goes smoothly for our doctors, our team, and our patients. I enjoy meeting and getting to know new patients and their families. It is my goal to make them feel warm and welcomed into our office. I also feel very fortunate to work with such a wonderful team. We are all devoted and compassionate caregivers in the dental field.
I have lived in North Reading for over 36 years, and Ive been married to my wonderful husband Kevin for 42 years. We have three grown children and four grandchildren. The things I enjoy most in life are family, friends, and traveling.
I work hand in hand with our doctors to provide the utmost in patient care and comfort. Our patients are all such interesting people, and I enjoy learning more about their lives at each visit. Our team, including the doctors, are as close as a family as well. We all extend a helping hand to each other and work together to fulfil our goal of providing exceptional patient care.
I work directly with patients on a one-on-one basis to provide oral hygiene, periodontal therapy, and patient education. I am certified by the American Laser Academy and enjoy utilizing the latest techniques to provide accurate and comfortable periodontal therapy. Ive worked in dentistry for more than 30 years, first as an assistant and then as a hygienist. Aesthetic Dentistry is by far the best place Ive ever worked. I enjoy working for the doctors, as they constantly strive for excellence in their work, and our friendly, caring staff, who have become like my second family.

Love Liz and the entire team at Aesthetic Dentistry. I get very anxious when it comes to dental procedures and they take the fear and anxiety out of the process whether it be a cleaning or a filling.

I have been a long-time patient at this practice, first with Dr. Marinakis, and for the last several years with Dr. Varasteh, at the helm. My most recent appointment was with Liz, who is a great hygienist, always conscientious, effective and concerned about my well-being. She, along with other long-term staff members with whom I have had any significant interaction, particularly Dr. V, Cheryl, and Susan are all highly competent in their professions; at the same time, they all are extremely personable. I do not like the idea of giving up my time to deal with medical and dental issues but, I suppose, like most of us, I recognize the need and do what I must. Having a caring and concerned staff to interact with makes the time commitment easier - even pleasant. Thank you all!
