Some of the charities we support include Best Buddies, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as the well-known Make-A-Wish Foundation. Were also animal lovers, so we even donate our time to the Washington Humane Society. This is just a small slice of the work we do in the Tysons community, and we just love being able to give back.

I've been an Aesthetic Dental Spa client for 10+ years and can honestly say Dr. Naini makes me LOVE going to the dentist. The office is clean, bright, and calming and staff is always courteous, professional, and on top of their continuing education in the dental field. I feel well taken care of here and highly recommend!

It's fair for me to go on record by stating, I am most likely the most fearful person walking the earth of dental work in any capacity. Dr. Alex Naini, MD and her team are nothing short of kind, gentle, patient and knowledgeable miracle workers. I do not say that lightly. If you are in need of a rocksolid dental provider, look no further.

I have been coming to Aesthetic Dental Spa for over 10 years, and I love it! I have moved all over the country and have tried numerous dentists, of whom I cannot see. I am only comfortable coming here, it is always relaxing professional and pleasant. Also my teeth are perfect now! Highly recommend it

My first visit was last week! Easy to deal with when booking, friendly texts that streamline communication with prompt responses, Dr. Alex only sees one client at a time so you get the professional five star experience. Dr. Alex was fabulous. Everything from the phone call, booking with her front desk, giving my insurance details, and receiving the service I needed was great! I had to reschedule because of car issues, and I was swiftly and promptly set up for an appt more convenient for my schedule! Everything went smooth, everything was on time and Dr. Alex went above and beyond I felt in her deep cleaning of my teeth. We spoke about some issues I had, she did some xrays, but most importantly she treated me with respect and understanding. Everyone who sees me regularly complimented my teeth! It also helps that her practice was very chic and pristine. I felt like I was dealing with a friend and that made my reticence about getting an X-ray a lot easier as she calmed down my fears, and she is so nice and easy to talk to!

I was referred to this Dental Practice by a friend. Even though I have to drive miles to get to this office, Dr. Alex Naini makes up for it all. I have been going to a good dentist before, had a lot of work done, always am terrified to see a dentist. Dr. Naini is amazing, she explains everything in detail and her work is extraordinary and precise. I can honestly say that I found the best Dentist in town, will never switch again. She also has great staff who will give you the red carpet experience.
