Dr. Srinivasan grew up in Bergen County, New Jersey. He graduated from Drew University in Madison, NJ. He went on to Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, NE. He graduated in 1994 and then attended a residency program in Advanced General Dentistry at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.

He then worked as an associate for different dental offices learning the business side of dentistry and honing his skills. He moved to Ocean County in 1997 and bought a dental practice which he named Madison Avenue Dental Associates. He worked there for 10 years. He decided to build a new office in which he could have the advantages of designing it to his liking. After about 2 years of hard work he opened Aesthetic Dental Creations in Jackson, NJ. on January 28, 2008, and has not looked back.

Dr. Srinivasan is an alumni of the world-renowned, Las Vegas Institute (LVI) for Advanced Dental Training. He is attempting to earn his mastership in neuromuscular dentistry. This specialized training has allowed him to provide services that most traditional offices cannot. He is one of 350 dentists worldwide who is certified in thePure Power Mouthguard. He is the only certified dentist from Ocean County to Cape May County. His specialized training in adhesive dentistry, smile design, and evolutionary hygiene allows him to provide exceptional services to his clients. He also is very successful at treating migraine/headache clients because of his expertise in neuromuscular dentistry.

Dr. Srinivasan is an avid baseball fan. He played collegiate baseball and continues to play in organized baseball leagues. He also loves to play golf. He is married and has two beautiful children. In May of 2012,Dr. Balaji Srinivasanscandidacy to the Leading Physicians of the World was approved. The International Association of Dentists along with the Leading Physicians of the World highlights and profiles the worlds Top Dentists. The Association has been designed to spotlight dentists that have demonstrated success and leadership in their profession.

Dr. Mariya Rozov is committed to providing a high quality compassionate general and aesthetic dental care in a warm and friendly atmosphere. She brought beautiful smiles to patients throughout the Tri-State region.

Dr. Rozov had an extensive training which culminated with a DDS degree from New York University School of Dentistry, which she completed in the top ten of her class. This was followed by an extensive residency training at Wyckoff Hospital. As a result, Dr. Rozov is highly proficient in all areas of general dentistry. She has been consistently recognized by her peers for her excellent bedside manner.

Lori joined our team in the summer of 2010. She has great experience in handling the everyday duties of an office coordinator.She understands the complexities of a dental practice and uses her people skills in great fashion.She is remarkable at building wonderful relationships with our clients. She is likely the one you will first hear on your phone call to our office and usually the last one you will see on your way home. Feel free to call upon her to assist you in any and all questions you may have.

Lynn has been Dr. Balajis main assistant since 2014. She is an integral part of our teams success. Her knowledge of all our procedures and her friendships with our patients shows the level of her dedication. Lynn enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Matt, along with her two beautiful daughters, Jennifer and Meagan.

June has been a dental hygienist for over 40 years. Her passion for people and their dental health is what keeps her motivated to continue to work in the dental field. She is married for 22 years with one child Robert who attends Virginia Tech studying for a law degree.

Linda is a compassionate, energetic and organized person. She enjoys helping our patients and giving them the best experience possible in our office. Shes originally from North Jersey, but l has resided in Jackson since 2002. She enjoys life, her beau and her dog, Lily. Her interests include spending time with her loved ones, cycling, watching football( Big Niners fan)and soccer. She is also a big dog lover!

In some cases, crowns may even be used for primarily cosmetic issues, for instance, when a tooth has considerable shape-related irregularities but is otherwise healthy. Often, though, crowns come to the rescue to save damaged teeth and support oral health, excellent function, and a smile that you will want to show off.

Our natural teeth have crowns. They are the visible, white-colored part of the tooth above the gum line. Generally, if our dentist, Dr. Balaji Srinivasan recommends crowns treatment, this part of the tooth will be restored or otherwise replicated to look, feel, and function like the crown formerly did before being damaged by decay, gum disease, or other forms of trauma.

As such, the dental crown designed by our team is made from dental material that may include dental ceramics like porcelain. The crown is prepared, so it is shaped and color-matched to blend in well in the smile. The underlying natural tooth is also prepared, which generally involves removing diseased or decayed tissue. The tooth is also shaped. In turn, the crown fits nicely over the tooth. The dental crown is fabricated based on impressions of the tooth after being cleaned and shaped. Temporary crowns are worn mainly to protect the prepared tooth while the permanent crown is made. Once the permanent crown is completed, the temporary is removed, and the permanent crown is cemented in place after precision adjustments are made (as needed). Dental crowns are designed to last as long as you maintain good hygiene at home and dental check-ups at our office as instructed by Dr. Srinivasan.
