Dr. Gailiunas is self-invested in his education and continuing commitment to the health of his patients. He is very progressive in his philosophy of treatment and stays well informed of dental advances. Dr. Gailiunas is an avid learner and spends a lot of his free time taking courses and just plain living dentistry. He is also an avid skier and enjoys outdoor adventures whenever possible. Hereally cares about his patients health and well-being, and goes above and beyond to meet his high quality standard.
Dr. Gailiunas graduated in1981 fromthe University of Connecticut, School of Dental Medicine. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Gailiunas has maintained a competitive practice bycontinuing hiseducation. This is to ensurethat his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care on the market. He has completed additional dental courses at Harvard University, Tufts University, The Institute of Advanced Dental Studies of Boston, and the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Study.
Additional studies have included the New York University Maxi Courseof Oral Implantology, University of Alabama courses in conscious I.V. sedation, and all courses at The Misch International Implant Institute of Temple University.
Memberships include the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Massachusetts Dental Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and International Congress of Implantology.

Great first experience with Dr G, skilled and thorough. A wonderful team rounds out the practice. Andrea is professional, pleasant, and a comforting presence. Joni provided the most comprehensive cleaning and education regarding dental hygiene! She truly is an incredible asset and followed up the next day which is rarely done! 5 STARS for ADC Cotuit!!

The entire staff at Aesthetic Dental Care is amazing. Joni is the best dental hygienist I've ever had! Both Dr. G and his assistant Andrea make it all painless and convenient. Highly recommended

I want to thank Nicole who was such a tremendous help to me getting back to my car. Spending an hour with my head below horizontal made me dizzy when I got up. It took me 24 hours to recover. Nicole was a terrific help.

Dr. G is a lifesaver. I went into the office as a new patient for an "emergency" appointment... I have a very unique semi-permanent bridge that had cracked in the back by the molar, resulting in an extremely sharp edge that was piercing my tongue. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. I chose Aesthetic Dental based on the proximity to my home, but more so on the consistently solid reviews I read online. I wasn't expecting to go in there and have the dentist solve my problem entirely, right then and there. Other offices I spoke with wanted to divide up the solution into multiple visits, that I now realize would have been totally unnecessary. The charge for the fix was shockingly reasonable, I was so happy with the work that he could have charged me 4 times as much and I wouldn't have thought twice about it. This is a solid dentist, with a very professional staff. If and when I have dental needs on Cape Cod, this is where I'll go from now on! Thanks Dr. G!

In this time of pandemic going to the dentist for extensive work would seem like more than a person should be expected to endure. But I actually have been treated with exceptional care,. Dr G, Andrea and Kathi are not only first class professionals- they are genuinely nice people. I highly recommend their services.

Was out of town, and had to see a new dentist. New dentist couldn't detect cause of tooth pain, a cracked crown. Came back home and visited Aesthetic Dental, (my usual dentist Dr. Gailiunas), and he discovered the problem at once. I trust him, he's the "Columbo" of dentistry. He's straight forward and honest.

I initially chose Dr. G for my dental procedure based on the numerous positive reviews. I was immediately impressed by how nice his office is and the friendliness and professionalism of his staff. He is extremely knowledgeable, and explained all of the options to me. Most importantly he is an expert at his craft and I couldn't be happier with the results.
