Dr. Hejazi was raised in California and received his diploma from San Marcos High School in Santa Barbara. Like his parents, he decided to pursue dentistry as a career. He completed his undergraduate education (human biology) at Loma Linda University in 1987. Dr. Hejazi received his dental training at the distinguished Washington University St. Louis in 1991. He attended a prestigious residency program in general dentistry(with an emphasis in Oral Medicine and Pathology) at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) and completed the program in 1993. Dr. Hejazi is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Oral Medicine.
