This was our first visit...Shelby got my husband in immediately as he was in some pain! Tamika was so warm and welcoming. She was awesome with everything they had to do for him. Susan did a great job explaining the financial portion! Everyone was friendly and sweet! The kids and I will be coming soon too!

Canceled my root canal appointment without me knowing, then lied and said I cursed at them and hung up. Very annoying environment.

The front staff staff was so friendly and professional. Dr. Johnson was very friendly and sweet to my toddler. She explained treatment throughout and answered any questions we had for her. They had us in and out in a breeze. Defiantly recommend this place of business to anyone based on my experience.

I do not like going to the dentist, but these guys are fantastic at everything. Absolutely amazing experience. They are calm, professional and extremely kind. I highly recommend this office, as someone who is highly uncomfortable in a dentist office.

If you are looking to get your time wasted consistently this is the place for you. This office is so unprofessional and always cancel appointments last minute. I get canceling a teeth cleaning, but to cancel a wisdom teeth extraction less than 24 hours before it is supposed to happen is ridiculous. People have to plan for those things and the office disregards that every time. Just don't even bother going there.

This was my first time here very nice staff Dentist was great I was explained everything in detail about how things are gonna work and if I wanna things rearranged for myself I could do it I would recommend this place to anybody

About a year or so ago I did run into a cold front desk staff, however today returning with a family of 5 it was a much more different experience. The doctors have always been the best. It was pleasing to see the front desk staff be more cordial. I must give complete kudos to Mikey. Without his positivity, efficiency, professionalism, and overall kindness it would have been lack luster. He made it above average with being attentive, giving eye contact, understanding, and frequent updates. Additionally, Nicole with billing was friendly and vested in great service too. There are more than a dozen dentistry offices within a 15 mile radius so it's service like Mikey's, Nicole, and Dr. Johnson that really differentiate whether you will remain as a patient or carry on to the next. Thank you all.

Absolutely amazing and very informative staff. They make you feel very comfortable and at ease through out the whole visit. Gabriel and Nicole are outstanding.

I was blown away by this experience in the most positive way. I was very nervous about going back to the dentist for a much needed cleaning but the entire staff eliminated all my nerves. The assistant that took my X-rays was so sweet and careful. Every single process was thoroughly explained to me and all the dentist lingo was broken down into a way I can understand. The hygienist was so patient with me, extremely professional and constantly asked if i was doing okay. The dentist went over my scans with me and made me comfortable with the treatment plan and was so nice. One thing that stuck out was that they listened to me! They never once tried to push their own agenda, they only cared what was best for my teeth and my health. Nicole at the front desk so extremely helpful and kind to me from the moment i walked in. I felt safe and taken care of which was lacking completely from my previous dentist. She explained every bit of how my insurance worked and we figured out a schedule to get my teeth back in order. No one has ever explained my insurance to me before, only told me what was covered and what wasn't. I walked out of this dentist with tears in my eyes because I finally found a team that cared. As a mother of 3, it's easy to let my own health get forgotten while tending to children, but I was never shamed for not keeping my teeth in perfect condition. They just want to help. I'm so happy i found a dentist to bring my family to. Thank you so much!!!

This general dentistry refuses to give a mutual pt a referral to see our specialty Dr for treatment needed. I called the office to try and help our patient out as a general dentistry office they are obligated to give their patient a referral to see a specialty Dr if the general dentist cant complete the work. I asked to speak to the manager (Nicole) and they had me on hold for over 10 mins. Our mutual pt is in there office currently waiting to get a referral. This is very unprofessional and is patient neglect you cant choose to not give a pt a referral because they dont want to go to and office that they refer too. Any patient has the right to choose what Dr they can see because not every ins is in network. Do not let them tell you that they cant give you a referral. As your General Dentist they have too provide you with one because you CAN NOT see any specialty Dr with out a referral.

My 3yr old son loves it even if he sometimes doesn't cooperate... but other than that, they are very professional and are really good with kids. Great service with great people working. Thank y'all!
