Having a lot of tooth pain so I called to make an appointment only to find out they have a temporary doctor and can't get in for a couple months. The receptionist didn't seem to care and had no recommendation.

The receptionist Gabby is a DOLL! Very kind and understanding and patient! She unlike most receptionist, I've had some issues with a tooth and I've bothered this poor girl more then I'd like to. She ALWAYS busy but somehow still makes time to listen and ALWAYS calls me back when she says she will. Oh ya, the dentist and the assistants are amazing too! No complaints and HIGHLY recommended!

I don't recommend the Umatilla location to anyone that is exempt from wearing a face mask due to health reasons, a face shield is just as effective as a mask. I was treated very rudely and unfairly even know I showed them my doctors note of being exempt. The office manager, she was very rude and unrealistic, the one star is for having a clean office.

I am truely greatful for advantage dental in umatilla. I had a chipped tooth and even though I was not a patient of theirs they got me in the same say. I can now smile again thanks to advantage dental! The staff and dentist were amazing! They have earned a new client.

Poor customer service. Front desk lady is rude she automatically assumed I was on state insurance and I actually have insurance through work and under my husband. This place has really gone down the hill. Never going to this place again!!

Excellent care by Dr. Manka and her team at the Umatilla office! They are very friendly and professional. Dr. Manka and her assistant, Myra, knew exactly how to treat my damaged molar. I was in and out of there in a couple of hours - and haven't had any issues since. Love Advantage Dental Umatilla!

I am working in the area from out of state and needed dental assistants on a Friday afternoon. The Receptionist and Hygienist were the ones working. Each were very friendly and professional. They went out of their way to help me. The Hygienist worked on the area and surrounding area. Explained to me what my problem was and did not charge me a dime.

Helped me get work done when I pushed for it, but otherwise it's usually a week or two wait to be seen. Other star taken away is for issues that caused me to take nearly a year to have dentures made. No one told me that it would take nearly six months t heal or anything else that would be beneficial to someone who has never had something like that before.
