It's pretty much impossible to make appointments or rescyetc., when no one EVER answers the phone. Leaving a message does no good. Why is it so difficult to reach this place??? Uncalled for.

A dentist that can't perform simple dental tasks such as extractions. They're a joke you're better off paying out of pocket or financing your dental needs.

Advantage dental was wonderful! The secretary was so helpful the hygienist extremely friendly. The dentist was professional, quick, communicative and attentive. Five stars for Advange Dental!!!!!

I've had all the same problems across all the advantage dental places. No one picks up the phone or returns calls. I have spent the entirety of yesterday on the phone waiting on the line. I'm poor so I rely on ohp for my medical care. If I had money I'd have my dental emergency taken care of by now. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF JUST PAYING OUT OF POCKET SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Not very friendly to OHP patients, and didn't explain how walk-ins work very well. Also got told in advance I would be denied. Extremely classist. Do not recommend.

If you plan on coming here for dental work goodluck. I've had the worst experience with them MULTIPLE TIMES showing up for my appointment and then telling me they didn't have the lab work they needed when I got to my appointment a call ahead of time would of been fine instead of having me show up for nothing. If your also trying to get through to them it will take hours or days. The worst.

Super friendly staff and dentist. They made me feel comfortable and calm, which is a BIG deal for me. Update: 6.16.22...This team is still the best! They are operating with a skeleton crew after recovering from the pandemic mess...i appreciate this team!

Was told to call here from the Advantage Dental hotline number. After finally getting through, I was hung up TWICE! Simply answered and hung up. If this is any indication of their dental service, I would recommend looking somewhere else. Unfortunately, since they are contracted and used by Oregon Healthplan, they probably will just continue to operate as usual because they know that people don't have many other options. Go figure.

Good things come to those who wait. This office is short-staffed and overworked so appointments can get booked solid but the core team are really amazing so it's absolutely worth it. As another person noted, sitting in the chair one can overhear multiple young patients being skillfully and caringly treated. If I had young kids I would bring them here for sure. My own personal experience has been wonderful. My oral health has improved tremendously and I'm not worried and dreaming about my teeth and scared to see the dentist anymore which is a real victory for me. The receptionist Annie was instrumental in getting me in originally when I first made contact. I was so anxious and had a bit of an emergency situation but she found a way to get me in before I could chicken out and change my mind. They were busy but she could tell I was scared and juggled me with all the other calls and patients. The dentist Dr. Phan and assistant Edwin went out of their way to reassure me and do a thorough intake even though I could tell they were busy. They were both great and I was so grateful for their compassion and competence. That first visit was so huge for me coming out of hiding The dental hygienist Danijela is the most skilled I've ever encountered getting so much done efficiently and gently. Her uncanny manual dexterity and genuinely warm kind demeanor make cleanings actually pleasant for me and my teeth are so improved I'm making everyone look at them today.

I love this particular clinic. First, the ladies in the waiting area are always so sweet. Richard Barrett is my dentist, and he's amazing. He's extremely meticulous and made sure that I felt comfortable during my dental procedures, and that everything was up to my standards. I appreciate the whole team. Thank you all for great service!!!

If you have ever wanted to love your dentist, I have one for you. Dr Phan is like your best friend and gentle caregiver all in one. Never a bit of pain and always the most warm bedside manner. I'm obsessed. Edwin makes you at ease and they are a seamless pair. I'll never see another dentist after this five star experience. I heard the other team talk a child with anxiety through a visit with aplomb and great success. WOW. Thank you!

The first time I went in they referred me somewhere else for a root canal. The second appointment I made when I went in was told I don't have an appointment after waiting a month for it. The third they canceled because I didn't confirm the day before with no notice that I needed to confirm and their hours made it impossible to confirm. I called at 4:30 as soon as I got off work and left a message asking to keep my appointment I waited almost two months for. Then received a rude voicemail this morning after saying I can't keep the appointment because I have a history of not showing up which isn't true at all. Poor business practices, poor communication, unrealistic expectations for confirming appointments, and a complete waste of time. Go somewhere else.

This specific advantage dental office has been a game changer for me the staff is great the dentist is gentle with quality work they listened and acknowledged my extreme anxiety when it comes to seeing a dentist and made small changes to my care and it made all the difference in the world . thanks again
