Had an amazing experience here today! I saw Dr. John Ritacca who was so, so kind. He was very thorough in explaining to me what he was finding during my exam and what it meant. I felt very comfortable with him and appreciated his years of experience and expertise. This sort of trust in a health care provider is hard to come by these days! Thoroughly impressed. All staff were kind.

I have had great experiences with this group more recently in the dalles. There nice, clean and make me feel comfortable. I didn't always like coming here, but I gotta say in my last few visits it has been great for me. I really appreciate there efforts, especially with being understaffed. I'm greatful there doing all they can to help me get my smile back

Refused to provide treatment to my children unless I filled out their vaccine questionnaire. It's not any of your business what vaccines my children have received. You'll treat them regardless if they are vaccinated or not, but you refuse to treat them unless I divulge that private personal information to you and your entire staff? Blaming "company policy" is pathetic. Staff was very polite.

Beware!!! I will never set foot back in this building. The front staff is absolutely awful. They are careless and rude and have now cost me over $1,000 for something my insurance would have covered if they had cared to do the due diligence and truly tried to help the patient. My first visit it was clear my child's dental work would have been covered. But after taking the doctor's advice for an ortho consult for EXTRA TEETH TO BE PULLED, the front staff sent ALL extractions to insurance as ortho when half of them were coming out regardless! My original treatment plan that showed insurance would cover the first half has somehow vanished and I am being billed twice as much. Had I simply never gone for a consult, those extractions would have been covered. But this concept was too complicated for the desk who simply just didn't have a single interest in remedying the situation. It's a shame because the dentists are wonderful. But it simply is not worth it because the front staff. I have changed my insurance just to avoid this clinic.

The dentists are very nice. The customer service sucks both the girls that work they're are rude. They hang up on you. They are no compassionate at all. They're hurtful and mean and vicious. I wish I didn't have to talk to them to see a dentist. The big girl is really rude.

Prior to our last visit I was disappointed with advantage dental. however our last visit was great the dentist we saw was great. And scheduling was way better than earlier in the year. It could have something to do with the coronavirus. Overall if they keep doing what they're doing from our last visit I'll be happy and would give advantage dental hi remarks.

Weekend dentist was the worse I have experienced and cause me Manny problems the week day dentist I give a 3 1/2 stars and it's been a month and 3 weeks still having problems

I called over a month ago explained in detail I needed a same day appointment for cleaning,and exam. I explained we live out of town but because my son's orthodontist is here I need this done here , same day. She quoted me a price and said she scheduled it. I walk in today and the lady at the counter was indifferent , handed me the paperwork. When I went up to question so of the paperwork I questioned what today's appoint would be for. New patient exam only. I said no cleaning. When I questioned her further she waz still indifferent and didn't care that their office made the mistake. She kept repeating the girl who made the appointment no longer works there. It wasn't that they made the mistake. It's the complete lack of care, concern or empathy for the people standing in front of her.. I would reckmend going anywhere but here..

It is impossible to contact this office. I have only gotten a recording over the last three days. Remain on the recording for several minutes only to get another msg saying sorry, please leave a msg. I have left 4 different msgs with no call back.

The dentists and assistants are great. I am going to look for another dentist though because this place is impossible to get in touch with. It took at least 3 days for anyone to get back to me when I had a painful infected tooth. The last time I made an appointment I had to drive to the office to actually talk to a person. You are put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and then when you leave a message they say they'll call you back within the next business day and this absolutely does not happen. The voicemail message tells you that you are the second person in line and then hangs up on you.
