After stopping into 4 different dentists offices with a severely chipped tooth, Sutherlin was the only office that would fix my tooth on the spot and not push me out 2-4 months for an appointment. They fixed my tooth even though it cut into their lunch break. Staff was great, Dr. Adam Egge, Tina Thomas, Kristen Clark, and Evelyn McDouglas.

If you would like to waste your time sitting in their office watching them call back 5 other people before you, when you arrived first by all means go to them. I have been coming here for 3 years and every single time this happens today I have waited for 50 mins and currently still haven't been seen. I will Be switching providers today. Also the woman are extremely catty and sitting there talking about how hot a patient was that came in so tactful.

not a customer after today . Terrible customer service only get in if your in high level pain . My tooth broke off. So I went back to smimles dental got my took fixed today . Private practice verses a government funded ran practice . What ever happened to customer service . This place is awful .

I just returned from my first dental appointment with Advantage Dental. From the moment I arrived until I left, I was treated professionally, courteously, and respectfully by 1) Both staff front desk women, Shannon, and Laura, 2) Dental assistant, Sharon, and 3) Dentist, Dr. Friess. I had experienced a lack of confidence in my previous two dentists and was a bit apprehensive about this dental visit. Having felt discomfort with my jaw being misaligned for nearly 2 years, I walked out of this office smiling with the very noticeable lack of discomfort. Feeling that good after going to the dentist - that has never happened to me in my life. I am sincerely grateful to everyone I had the pleasure to meet and truly look forward to my next dental appointment with confidence and glad anticipation. Thank you everyone! ;-)

It was the greatest dentist's office ice ever been to they helped me transfer over to there office they told me what needed to be done and they got me in an out an they had a smile on their faces the entire time an I thank every one of them thathelped me dip what I needed to do

Never use this place if you can avoid it. My wife has been cancelled on multiple times right before arriving, they've accused her of not filling out the forms even though she's filled out 5 of them, they've accused her of not giving them the right phone number even though she's the only one listed. I've personally gone in expecting a cleaning only to have X-Ray's or fillings done. A few weeks ago they needed to reschedule both of my sons appointments, so we rescheduled. All it was supposed to be was a cleaning. Today my wife shows up with both of my sons only to be told that the doctor isn't there because he's decided to take time off for Thanksgiving. They were just supposed to see the Hygienist! My wife had to walk home in the rain with both of my kids instead of getting their ride home. TLDR: Don't Use This Facility, They Change Schedules And Blame YOU For It. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD.

The schedule process was a breeze and the receptionist is friendly and polite. Came in the day of my appointment and was greeted with smiles. The hygienist was extremely polite and was cautious of my hatred with anything dental. They took care of me!! I was in and out in no time. Thank you so much!!! I will be back again for future work and cleanings.

I had to rush 50 miles to get to this stupid place and I have a cavity and it's in extremely bad pain and they said to wait 15 days, bs
