Awful experience one root canal and one filling wich I have had nothing but problems with .. Very poor quality work and material . And my lip was cut during them replacing a filling that had falling out right after they placed it !. :(

Impossible to get ahold of on the phone, offer to do followup care for you and then once youre actually there refuse to do anything, dont want to prescribe antibiotics when youve still got high chance of infection because of lack of followup care. I was actually offered pain meds, but when I told him I couldnt take opiates and Ativan had worked for me before, I was told the "tincture of time" would heal me. He didnt remember what I was even there to see him for, and when I said my sinuses had been punctured by the extractionist in Lebanon he referred me to, he said he didnt see anything and refused to X-ray for some reason. Probably due to OHP insurance.

Very satisfied with the care that I received from Dr. Yoon recently. She skillfully placed a veneer over a tooth that had been giving me anxiety for well over a year. The veneer is shaped realistically and now I feel confident about smiling at people again. Would highly recommend Dr. Yoon to anyone.

I went in for a normal cleaning and the hygienist ruined my good tooth to the point that it needed to be surgically removed. I showed the dentist what had happened and she said it was bad and offered me some antibiotics. I then went to write a formal complaint. When I got the results of the complaint in the mail both the dentist and the hygienist LIED about what had happened and stated there was nothing wrong with the tooth. Then I called and told them that they both lied and they said I had to make another formal complaint and they would calle later that day. I wrote the complaintagain and NEVER got a call back. I just got back the second results of the complaint and they are still lying about the whole thing. This place is horrible full of people who don't know what they are doing. If you don't want to get surgery to take teeth out that are good then stay away from.this awful place.

Worst dentist in town they have messed up multiple appointment times for my girlfriend. She had her wisdom teeth appointment today and they messed up her appointment time and they lost her old photos and found out just before going into the surgery that she has issues with her bottom two wisdom teeth that had a 25% chance of leaving her without feeling in her mouth permanently apparently the doctor didn't think about mentioning that to everyone until right before the surgery and they decided not to do half her teeth. She has also never had shots in her mouth before and they have that on her record and they didn't even warn her about getting needle in her mouth no countdown or anything and they just went right in and gave her shots without warning her. Awful communication skills, planning, and general care for patients. Don't go here.

Very professional staff. They are excellent they did an amazing job on my teeth and they are absolutely amazing team here I have recommended people to get work done here. Craig and Brandy were extremely patient and very excellent at what they do

The outstanding level of care I received at Advantage Dental was a night & day difference from the care I received at the highest rated dentist in town (B.C. Nelson). Dr. Nelson treated me like a second class citizen, yet I was given exceptional treatment at Advantage Dental. Highly recommended!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a tooth with an inflamed root. I had a root canal I was going to pay out of pocket for because it was not covered with insurance. I made an appointment to come back for the crown. Within the week my tooth got infected, they have a very untrained dentist that did not feel comfortable fixing my tooth pain and referred me out. 2 months later of horrible pain, swelling and infection I am still trying to get help. Avoid this place, poor communication and unexperienced staff. This place made my tooth absolutely worse. They do not care to help. Emergency services wouldn't even take me with pain to my neck, ear, jaw etc. I cannot get it pulled either due to the location I would have more problems but do they care to help in any way... no.
