I always get so nervous going into dental offices, but the ladies at the front desk are super sweet! They made me feel very comfortable being there, and dentist was also great! He was very precise and made sure I knew what was going on and kept asking if I was okay. He also made his explanation of the procedure to follow easy to understand. Super helpful! Glad I chose this place. Thanks for being awesome!

Lost a crown last night. They were able to get me in this morning and I was all fixed up before noon. Very pleasant people, easy to deal with. Good communication. Conveniently located in a strip mall with plenty of parking, easy to get in/out. Great experience!

Now I see why the it's only 3 star. Husband and I were charging our Tesla and needed a potty break. Walked in and seen they had to two available bathrooms asked them if I could use it. To my surprise the lady rudely talked over me and said you can walk all the way to the public restroom. Ok, great!! Well walked there only to find out they were closed! So walked into another business near by and seen they also had two bathrooms. Lady was sweet as pie when I asked if we could use them. She was so sweet and then told me the restroom open at a certain time. Then I told her the dental office told me to use them. She made A comment about them being not the friendliest and smiled. I'm thankful for good people and business who actually care and do the small things. Even if they had A policy they could have went about it way different.

They have belittled my wife over the phone and now have failed to show up for an appointment they set. Super great service right?

Every negative review is very well deserved. I went in today, and the woman who worked on my teeth was incredibly rude. She called me disgusting, made every second of it incredibly painful, spoke to me like I'm a child (I am 19), and used retirement as an excuse for being as rude as she could possibly be. There is also no actual dentist there, but I don't blame any dentist who doesn't want to work there. If I was them, I wouldn't want to work in such a toxic environment. I would never recommend this dental office to anyone, and especially not parents looking to schedule their children for an appointment. Go somewhere with better employees who know how to treat their patients.

The staff here are awesome. The receptionist has great costumer service. The dentists here definitely know what they are doing. They are friendly and give great advice on how keep teeth clean and healthy.

*Seaside office* Not cool guys. Not cool at all. So on my first appointment I told them that I have difficult roots and pretty severe dental anxiety, so X-rays and a referral to a specialist was probably the best move. They absolutely did not hear me out and were dismissive of my concerns. Then when I scheduled the double extraction anyway hopeful that they were right when they said they could handle it, I asked for a low dose Valium for the anxiety, the dentist and hygienist exchanged a look then informed me that they don't do that here, or gas. On the day of my procedure I got halfway through the first tooth and had an anxiety attack (shocking...) at which point they said they wanted to refer me to a specialist for the second extraction! Then sent me home with literally NOTHING for the pain! Not even so much as antibiotics or ibuprofen 800?!? So even if you didn't want to hear me out, you could have checked my dental records for the proof of my dental anxiety and difficulty with extractions. Furthermore 3-5 days worth of pain medication is pretty standard issue after an extraction. So what gives? Are you assuming that because I know what to expect and vocalize it that must mean I'm just here to get high? Like I'm gonna just let my teeth rot for a couple years for 10 Vicodin?? Fun fact nobody knows what my body can handle better than I do. So not for my sake because I most definitely will not be returning, but for your future patients. **Please please listen to what people have to say if they indicate that they have some prior experience with the issue than it's likely that they will know what to expect and even ask for it, crazy I know but 100% accurate.**

I went in for a standard check up and cleaning. Everyone was extremely nice and I had a relaxing but educational experience. Very clean and modern look on the inside of the building. Thank you so much!

The dental assistants are rude and clueless there is no actual dentist here just dental assistants that's what they told me and when I went to go get a deep cleaning they broke one of my tooth and didn't care I wouldn't go here if I was you. Update: I am his mother. I just got a call from Advantage Dental asking if they could do anything so we would give a better review, and I was unaware of it, but I agreed with his review. I said yes, absolutely, we would be happy if we could come back and see a hygenist who isn't sadistic, and no. The answer was no and then just arguing that they were good until I had to just hang up. I've never seen a more atrocious dental hygienist or a appointment with more anger and disregard in my life. He's never even had a cavity. We will not be apologizing because you don't care about the patient. So to anyone else who is told that they will make things right, it's not true.

Dental Assistants are rude

They were very unorganized, the dental assistant couldn't answer any questions and seemed to know nothing. She told us the dentist would be out soon (apparently soon in her world is half an hour past our appointment time). The building was very run-down and very cramped. When the dentist saw us, he talked to us for less than 5 minutes and his exam of our daughter (who was crying) took less than 1 minute. When he finished making her scream by shining a ridiculously bright light in our 1 year old's eyes, he said thanks for bringing her in and left. Thank the Lord for OHP because I would be so mad if we had to pay for that.

I'm probably never coming to this dentist again. They made me wait 45 minutes for an 20 minute check up. Whenever I tried to ask for a time estimate, the reseptionist was very short and couldn't even give me a better estimate than "shortly". When I needed oral surgery, I had to call twice to request my X-rays be mailed to the surgeon. Despite both times the girl saying she would do it, she did not and I had to get a second X-ray scan. The dentists themselves are very nice and professional, it's really just the front desk that makes this clinic impossible to be patient with .
