Disappointed with the service here. My family and I have been going to this location for 15 years, back when it was Gentech dentist. Since it was taken over by Advantage the service quality has gone downhill. Sad to see a corporate takeover ruin a nice small dentist office. My family and I will not be back.

Nobody answers the phone anymore at Advantage. I call and leave a message and got no call back in 5 days. So, I called again and left another message, finally I got a call back. Unfortunate, I was away from my phone. So once again, I call but nobody answers the phone. This is very frustrating!

Why would we be forced to wear a mask when the CDC has lifted the mandatory ban for heath care facilitys? Also it's my choice to wear one or not! To be forced takes away my rights. The masks that you provide don't even do anything to prevent spread of any thing

These folks are simply wonderful. Everyone we've interacted with - Megan, Monique, Stephanie, Minda, Dr. W - is warm and pleasant and attentive. Our dental visits here are consistently excellent. Facility is bright and clean and comfortable.

I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. Friendly staff and very nice facility. I would recommend Dr Wanabi from my experience.

My wife and I drive 40 miles to see Dr. Watanabe and the staff. They are pleasant and provide excellent service. I can't imagine going to another dentist.

Went here for over 15 years. Since they went with Advantage Dental their service has hit rock bottom. They keep trying to collect a fee that my insurance said they paid and I do not owe. Talked with office manager several times in December she said she would check and get back same day. Found out she quit and walked out same day. Had an appointment for cleaning on a long drive to get there, they called said the hygienist quit and walked out. They Cancelled my appointment. Keep calling leaving messages about a credit they owe me plus the fee they say I owe. No return calls. Wont be back after all these years. Find another dentist so beware.

They keep canceling my appointments. My child hasn't seen a dentist since 2019. They should bump other patients and make us priority. Currently looking for a new dentist.

I want to take a moment to recognize Mark, the dental hygienist who moved to the Salmon Creek location just last week. I had the pleasure of having him provide services twice last week. He was patient, kind, and helped me resolve previous troubles getting appointments as he listened to my concerns. Mark is an asset to this company and his commitment to patient satisfaction and care is remarkable and should be recognized. Thank you for all you do Mark!

My husband and I went in for our 6 month cleaning with Hailey, she is by far the most efficient, assured and experienced technician we have had. We were checked in on Dr. Watanabe during our visit, beside his small hands and gentle nature, he is the best.

I'd made an appointment with Advantage Dental in Salmon Creek because it had been a while and I wanted to get my teeth clean and have a chipped tooth fixed. From start to finish, they were wonderful. Dr. Watanabe and his team were kind and very communicative with every step. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them....If your looking for a great place to go, this is it.

Beware they do not have a billing office and cannot give me information for what they are trying to collect $1000 from me for services done 2 years ago on my teenager when I specified only do what insurance will cover, we had double coverage and I never signed a treatment plan. Sending me a bill for east vancouver location and Salmon Creek but have no info about what was done or paid by insurance for the other office, they don't communicate, you have to do the running around between 2 offices and both insurances to figure out who's lying. Waiting for a call after receptionist talks to the manager and going to report them to BBB because this feels very wrong and unorganized and unprofessional. I was not able to go to those appointments with them and they just took advantage of my children because they had no tooth pain but some how they had a bunch of tooth work done and I get a huge bill over 1 year and a half later.
