They are so bad they took me and on my first appointments and then they kick me out saying my insurance wont cover me make me waste my time their hispanic receptionist is very rude as well every time!!

I only gave a 3 thanks to the dentist that work there , front desk receptionist is very rude especially the older lady , " some one said she was the office manager " she speaks very rudely and acts as if she is irritated all the time . The assistants are great I have my favorite 2 staff there . They canceled my last appointment 1 hr before my appointment because a worker quit . I have braces in my mouth that cost over 6k , they had me to take my wires out promising me that I would get seen only to not . Which resulted in me having to go back to beginner wires . Just sad here I am with multiple cavities and I still Have not been seen

The younger lady at the front desk is extremely rude. Asked her a question and was very unprofessional and made it seem like she didn't want to talk with anyone. Extremely disappointed since that is her job. I also witnessed her acting this way towards other people.

They always cancel my son's dental appt., cancelation means 6mos apart from the original appt. ,I truly understand the situation as new pt. But they did it again for the 2nd time. Considering that they're the one who scheduled our nxt visit.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I have OHP and this is one of the few dental offices that would accept my insurance. Booking an appointment was straight forward. The front desk staff worked with my schedule to find a time to fit me in. I am happy I found this place.

Been going for a year to fix a broken tooth did nothing but cleanings (very painfully) no numbing any visit I had, we were extremely rude canceled multiple of my apt with no notice and have cause more pain and broke more of my tooth. They waited till my tooth was under my gum line so I have to have a oral surgery to remove it. Absolutely horrible place for oral care, heather is extremely rude and unprofessional, she had told me "before I talk about things I don't know" regarding my own health care and oral care. I would not recommend this place to a animal yet alone a human with feelings and has pain.

My appointment was scheduled for 4pm, but they called me earlier in the week asking if I would come at 1pm instead. I said I would be there at 1, but I waited over an hour to see the dentist. They must have double booked me with somebody else snd only had one dentist available, but this is extremely unprofessional! That was my first visit there and I'll certainly be going to a different clinic from now on.

This is the best Dentis I've Ever been to. They take great care of the patients. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have been terrified of going to the dentist my whole life. They are gentle, patient and caring. Doing everything they can to make sure they don't cause pain. I'm going through some major dental procedures and they always make sure I'm calm and cared for!!! If you need to go to dentist this is where to go!!! I tell All of my friends and family to go here!

I was very impressed with the courteous and professional service rendered. I went in with the fear that... since I'm on a budget... they would treat me like chopped liver. Nothing could be further from the truth. I haven't been to a dentist in years. My teeth are a mess. But I really look forward to all my upcoming appointments.

One of the best dental staff I ever had at the Turner rd location in Salem. (Amber) Was really down to earth and made me feel like a person and not just a patient. Gave me some useful tips on improving my issues, and for the first time in a while I didn't leave the office feeling ashamed of my teeth. Kudos to Amber, I look forward to seeing you on my next visit! -JB

These people are awesome! My family has been coming here for years and they have always been great with my kids. Their office manager is the best, she's patient, kind and really wants to help fit everyone in. Thanks Advantage Dental on Turner Rd.

I've been a patient at this dental office for a few years now. It was overall pretty good my first year - had no issues with staff, the hygienists & my dentist Dr. Ofisa were great. I give them bonus stars at 5+... My rating has changed to three stars as these days I haven't been able to get through when making a call and I still haven't been able to schedule an appointment for a routine exam. I did receive one call back, but that was a week after I had left a message. Other than that, it's located near the shopping area off of busy Mission St SE (Lowe's Walmart), next to Panda Express. It's a petite parking lot, but generally I never had issues finding parking. I recommend making sure you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment as I recall it took staff time to catch up.

Dr. Tran was very professional, kind, and thorough. I had a filling come out and they were booked out until November but placed me on the cancelation list and got me in at the end of June. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

Honestly the WORST dental office I've EVER been to in my life. Not only do they schedule you MONTHS OUT they also make false diagnostics. My daughter was scheduled for a cavity filling but when we finally got in after two months they said she didn't have one. They also told my wife she had cavities yet they scheduled her 4 MONTHS out to get them filled... we were scheduled this morning but when we got in they claimed they tried calling multiple times even though I didn't get a single notification except for their text confirmation to be at the appointment TODAY! I'd rate 0 stars but it won't let me. HORRIBLE experience.
