Best experience I ever had at the dentist! The whole staff is so friendly and nice. Making/getting appointments was a breeze. Any questions I asked were always answered and I was completely comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!

None of these Advantage Dentals' ever answer their phones. I left messages, they don't even return your calls. I'm sorry, I'm sure some people like to be on hold for an hour, but I don't. I wish I had a choice to where I want to go because I would have went to Willamette Dental where they actually answer their phones.

Left a message 3 days ago. Waited on the phone for over 35 minutes today for someone to answer the phone. I do not think they employ receptionists.

Dr Mitchell and all of the assistants here are truly amazing. So are the office staff! I needed to get all my kids and myself into a new office together and they made this happen with little to no struggle at all. The first kiddo who was seen was my 12 year old who has always been very afraid of going to the dentist, she had a baby tooth that wouldn't come out and her permanent tooth was coming in sideways in her gums, painful!! Dr Mitchell pulled that tooth the same day we were seen and made it so easy and painless that my daughter was completely at peace the whole time. Now her tooth has moved into the space it belongs! Within 6 months time, we've now all been seen and had xrays and some cleanings. We will never change offices again as Long as Dr Mitchell and the staff stay here. We just wish we would have found him sooner!!

I had a wonderful experience at this office! I have HORRIBLE HORRIBLE dental anxiety and Dr. Mitchell and his assistant Alex made me feel comfortable and were constantly reassuring me which helped put me at ease. The whole staff is wonderful. I was able to get an appointment and be seen all in the same day. I wont be going anywhere else! 6/6/2022- I went in for my appointment with Dr. Mitchell to have two molars extracted. As soon as i walked in the building i was greeted with happy faces, even though my anxiety had mine not so happy. Everyone was so kind and caring and could tell i was having a hard time with it. As i walked back to the room, His assistant Alex assured me everything was going to be fine and she would be there the entire time. Dr. Mitchell and Alex were very informative with what they were going to do with the extraction so i knew every step of the way what was going on. They both were gentle, constantly asking if i was alright during the procedure, and give me a break when i needed one. This team has to be the most compassionate people i've ever met in a dental setting. If your looking for a dentist and dental assistant who is compassionate, understanding, and patient, then Dr. Mitchell and Alex are the ones for you. I promise they are worth it!

They are very caring, kind and patient. They explain things to you and take the time to listen to your questions. I highly recommend them.

Showed up for my appointment, which was made in December. Can't get an appointment any sooner than every two months. When I go to check in, I'm told that my appointment was cancelled. Apparently, someone called in to cancel it. I know it wasn't me. I have been waiting for months to get in. This used to happen at the Winston office, but I thought it was just a fluke. These are teeth I've been trying to get addressed since February 2018! Always something. If I had different insurance, I can assure you that I'd have gone elsewhere. EDIT: They did get me in, between patients. Turns out that when I went to the emergency dentist, the emergency dentist cancelled my appointment here, under the guise that they'd be taking care of it, but they didn't. Still very disappointed. Dental care shouldn't be this hard to manage.

this place absolutely sucks. it takes forever to get an appointment, they always cancel or change your appointment without telling you. i have called three times waiting on hold and every time, after waiting six minutes, they hang up on me. this is my third time calling. if i had different insurance i would definitely choose a different dentist

Professional and compassionate staff who take the edge off the whole unpleasant business of having to visit a dentist. I had some severe tooth pain and the office staff quickly got me the help I needed without missing a beat.

I have been coming here for about a year. They care and they do a great job the technician cleans your teeth and the staff get you in and out. Hardly no waiting time and people are very friendly look forward to coming here not easy to say about the dentist either.
