Love the dentist here at the Milton Freewater office. He is so friendly, gentle and is really good at explaining everything with me. He only does what is needed and gives you options if there is some. He makes me feel like I am one of his friends instead of just another patient. Also, the staff there is the reason that office is moving so smoothly. They are all friendly, they always have a smile on their face and is always ready to help you in any way they can. I can honestly say I am not scared to go to the dentist anymore and that is all because of the people that work there. They are truly one of a kind. I am so grateful to have a dentist office with such amazing staff that I can go to and feel comfortable at. Thank You Advantage Dental, Milton Freewater!

I was honestly scared to try the Milton Freewater branch because I had such awful experiences in Pendleton where Advantage Dental neglected my care. I was desperate for care & spent all my family's money paying out of pocket with another provider because I thought that nobody who took my insurance was willing to actually help me. Well, today I found out that the Milton Freewater clinic is not what I had expected and is actually a world apart from the Pendleton clinic. The receptionists, dental hygienist and dentist were all AMAZING PEOPLE who treated me with dignity & respect. They empathized with me, created a care plan to execute & I am so, so appreciative. It is definitely worth the drive. It makes me cry tears of happiness & gratitude knowing that someone is going to help me save my smile as it means the world to me & will help me in my new career. THANK YOU SO, SO MUCH!!!! The Milton-Freewater clinic is blessing me with the care I need and it is such a relief of stress off my shoulders. It is truly a game changer and literally changing my life right now as well as the lives of my family members. Thank you so much.

Dr. Roberts was amazing to say the least. He squeezed me in on what seemed like a busy day to extract a tooth that I had fractured. He's kind and gentle with his words explaining the entire procedure and what to expect throughout. Best dental experience ever!!!!! EVERYONE SHOULD SEE THIS DENTIST

Doctor Robert's was an excellent dentist! He was able to get me in on short notice and made a very anxious patient feel calm and safe, as I fear going to the dental office. But now it won't take me years as I've found the dentist for me!

Dr. Roberts was incredible. I am terrified of dentists. His aid Enrique and himself were amazing. They kept me calm and distracted and were finished with the dental work within 10 minutes. I experienced no pain and they were so gentle and kind! Definitely will be going back for all of my needs.

The people were so nice and explained everything every clearly. My kids were so nervous but by the end the were smiling and are no longer scared of the dentist. Thank you for everything!

Being a patient with high anxiety and high blood pressure. I was completely calm the entire time he did my 9 extractions. Dr. Roberts is amazing and he changed my life getting these teeth out for me! Best dentist EVER!

Everyone in this office is amazing. Sophia is always extremely kind and sweet when you walk in. She never makes you feel like a burden for changing your appointments around. The hygienist are all so incredibly patient and kind. They went above and beyond for my brother with special needs. And the dentist himself is so kind and charismatic. He remembers details about you so it doesn't feel like a stranger working on you every time. Very well spoken and understanding. I am not a fan of the dentist in general but the Advantage Dental in Milton Freewater is the only place I feel comfortable taking myself but also my friends with disabilities!

I am very pleased with the care that I received at Advantage Dental and would recommend it to anyone needing dental work. I needed a tooth extracted and it was done with expertise. The doctor, assistant, and office manager were all very friendly making the experience as pleasant as possible. I will definitely return for other dental needs

Went yesterday to get a check up got a filling and some x-rays I have a fear of needles so did what we could and made a future appt to get everything else needed done both assistant and Dentist were amazing at listening and addressing my concerns.

I went here to get my all my teeth extracted to get dentures. I had horrible teeth. It took a year and 3 different dentists along with the covid closures until I finally got them done December 30. The 3rd and final dentist is very professional and very kind. He did a wonderful job to make the procedure as quick as possible. I really enjoyed the conversation he held with dental assistant. It helped to distant and put me at ease while he worked. My biggest fear of the whole thing was the shots to the gums underneath the nose. That is and has always been the most painful for me. He wiggled my lip and that was not as bad as I remarried. All in all, I had a good experience with this dentist. for me.

Absolutely rude and will not take accountably when they mess up. They have not been calling to remind us of appointments. The last four appointments have not had reminders yet are scheduled months in advance. They just expect you to remember that you have an appointment in four months. They don't call about procedures after telling you they will be in touch. My tooth broke after giving birth. I was told I'd be called after they looked into what my insurance would cover. That was a YEAR ago! Still no call. Now that tooth is in so much pain!! They tried to act like they did nothing wrong.

Extremely friendly staff explained things thoroughly and after my initial first visit scheduling is very prompt overall definitely a 10
