Besides not being able to get in for months at a time, this business is good. Very friendly dentist and office manager. Amber, the hygienist, has a major attitude problem, was extremely impatient, was in a huge rush, barked at me for simply looking at the computer screen when it dinged, then stormed off ordering Katie to finish my x-rays. I am 53, I know this old style of x-rays can hurt a little. But she was actually mad when I told her I could not bite down because of the pain. She didn't offer to adjust them or anything! Then after eaves dropping on my conversation with Katie, ordered her to finish the entire visit with me. When I went up to the counter to pay, she was on her phone messing around, saw that I walked up and rushed off without saying anything. I think she is overworked and with the commute she is burnt out. It was 36 degrees there today and she keeps the door wide open to the exam room. It's simply too cold for people. I go back in next week, I sure hope she apologizes or finds a new job in Bend.

Spent almost two years getting infection corrected! Finally had to change dentists to get it corrected! Now nearly 4 years later, infection continues to drain from my eyeball socket.

I've always suffered from anxiety when going to the dentist because of past experiences. I've always needed anxiety meds before any dental work. I did not need it at Advantage Dental! The environment was relaxed and comfortable. The dentist was professional and friendly, giving his honest opinions. The dental assistant was friendly and I enjoyed talking with her. The receptionists were also so very friendly. I waited maybe 2 minutes before I was called back. I had an extraction and it went quick and easy. I am happy to be going back in a few months for more dental care. Love this office here in Madras!

This is Xavier Joyner on his fiances account. Honestly thought this place was good but no they treat you like absolute garbage, and follow you out of the office just to harass you. Would rate zero, but hopefully taking legal action against you for harassment will solve that. Screw you never going here again.

I just love advantage dental the staff is so kind and thoughtful and honestly cares if you are happy with your teeth. They are super understanding and going here for my dental care was honestly one of the best decisions I have made. When I got my teeth cleaned I had a amazing young lady that was just so gentle and made my teeth feel amazingly clean. She was overall amazing at her job and my dentist and his assistant were so incredible they were super understanding when I asked them to trim down my fillings more. Not to mention his assistant gave me and adorable calendar. They honestly just CARE about you and that's the most important thing. :) Thank everyone of you guys

Staff were super friendly. Normally I get nervous going into the dentist but they were so fast I couldn't believe it. This dentist knows what he's doing! Nikki is also amazing.

This dental office made me feel at home from the moment I got there. Everyone was very friendly. Nikki took x-rays in a fun yet very experienced way. She and the dentist took their time with me and explained things in a nice way. I have to go back and because of them I look forward to it!

The dentist here did an amazing job fixing a large chip in my son's front tooth, you can't even tell it was there! It was like magic! :-) We've always been very pleased with the friendliness and skill at this office, highly recommended!

Just started going to Advantage Dental in Madras, Oregon. I'm unequivocally pleased. Dr. Walls and Nikki. They were my dentist and dental assistant. Absolutely amazing. Both made sure I was comfortable and at ease while there. My concerns were heard and addressed right away. I can't remember how many times I told both, dentist and assistant how appreciative I was. My experience overall was a 10++++++. Thank you

I started my dental process on Dec 11 2020. I have had appt's in Madras 1/8/2021, 1/14/2021, 2/18/2021 (cancelled), 3/5/2021, 3/12/2021 & 3/18/2021. I was told on Dec 11, I need my wisdom teeth pulled & they would do a referral & I would be contacted. Jan 8, my first appt. I had not heard anything about my teeth being pulled so I ask the front desk. She helps & schedules me an appt for Mar 25 2021 at 1:00pm in Bend OR. She didn't give anymore info (location, a # or the doctors name). I leave it cause I will get this later as I have time. Feb 17, I call to get this info & receive no call back. I call on Mar 8th & receive a call back the next day & confirm again that I had an appt on Mar 25 at 1:00 in Bend. I receive & confirm all the doctors office info that I need. Mar 18th, a week before my scheduled appt I call the surgical office to find out what the process is. The surgical office informs me they have no record of me or my appt & the surgical doctor will not be in the office on that day. After that call I call advantage back & tell the lady about what I was told from the surgical office, she pulls up her computer & confirms the appt & all the info & said she would call the surgical office & call me back. I never receive a call back. Mar 29; I call to find out what I am supposed to do & left a voicemail. I didn't receive a call back. I call again on Mar 30th, the lady answered & was rude immediately when I said I need info on my teeth getting pulled & what I should do. She replied "Well what information do you need ". I Re-explained what happened & that I have no idea what I should do. She proceeds to tell me that they don't schedule the appointments with the surgical office. I asked why I'm now being told this & wasn't told this 3 months ago or after I've called multiple times & they've confirmed my appt multiple times. She didn't answer & repeated herself that they don't schedule those appointments & I need to contact the surgical office. (Mar 30th) I call the surgical office & schedule an appt. I call the Prineville Office; after how I was treated I would rather drive there then go back to Madras. The Prineville office informs me that I have a 2hr appt on Apr 15th for fillings & for extraction. I triple confirm with the lady in Prineville & she confirmed the 2hr appt on Apr 15th. I was only aware of my appt for fillings not for an extraction. She recommended to contact Madras & ask what they have on the schedule for me. I had my husband call on Mar 30th, they didn't answer & we didn't receive a call back. Cause of no one calling back, today Apr 7th my husband went to the office to find out what was on the schedule for me & to either keep or cancel my appt. He went in there with a mask & calmly asked if he could find out what is on the schedule for his wife. He spoke to the female in the back. She said they usually don't allow people to come in like this for future reference. He responded he figured that but he has called & hasn't gotten a call back. She says she doesn't know why that is cause she calls everyone back. He then tells her that's not correct cause we have called multiple times & not received calls back. He tells her my name & she confirms that on the 15th I have an appt for my filling & my teeth being pulled however my teeth probably won't be pulled. He tells her to cancel my appt cause I do not want to come back here & she says "Fine, that'll open it up for emergency appointments". He says this is exactly why she doesn't want to come back here & leaves. I've been patient & understanding every time I've been there. I have waited over an hr in a chair after my appt time before they came & seen me. They have also had too many people in the waiting room at once to follow the COVID guidelines, have had a dog at 2 of my cleaning appointments which isn't hygiene safe, cancelled one of my appointments not within 24hrs & couldn't reschedule until a month later & I was letting it go. The incredible inconvenience this situation has caused is unacceptable.
