I went to the office in bend Oregon just as the pandemic started and it was horrible ended up with a dislocated jaw, I tried calling and going to a different office today and they have a locked door policy you can't walk in to get help and no one is interested in answering the phone

Appointment was cancelled and changed, then to sit in their office for almost 30 minutes before telling me they can't finish my Crown due to it not being found. They knew but let me drive there for my appointment and made me wait before informing me. This is not what I consider to be a well run Clinic. Finally got my Crown placed. It fell out in a week. They placed it again and it came off again in less than two weeks. I went back again but my copay that was $25 went to $75 due to to many visits for the year. Tooth is a broken up mess that should have been repaired before putting the Crown on the first time. As far as I'm concerned, they should be shut down and they owe me $50 for my first two visits. I submitted a formal, written complaint but of course their panel shut me down. You're better off just taking a pair of pliers and pulling your teeth out. Stay away from them.

Dr. Wasserman is the best Dentist, very knowledgeable,caring and gentle. I would highly recommend her and her staff.

This dental office is a Joke!! They never answer the phone and when they do you get mediocre service. My son has waited 3 months for an appointment to be called and told that the doctor didn't show up and so they booked him an appointment for another 3 months out! I have sat on hold for literally an hour before I was sent to voicemail and told someone would call me back within 24 hours. Since I work right across the street, I drove to the office to find that the office was closed early. If your office is closed why wouldn't you put a message stating that you are closed instead of making someone wait on hold for over an hour? And if you are booking appointments 6 months out, how is there time to even close the office at 2:30 on a Tuesday? Sadly we are limited to 2 dental offices here in La Pine and this is one of them. Save yourself the headache and call La Pine Dental.

I went to advantage dental due to a severe tooth ache. The staff are awesome. The dentist was able to get me in for tooth extraction in 1 week with no appointment needed. The procedure was handled with great care and professional. Thanks again for all your help.

Although I did have an issue with Google Maps' guidance in finding your campus ( it was really my fault,) the campus is easy to find because of the big sign right at the edge of the parking area.

I had the wonderful opportunity to have Carrie work on my daughter's teeth today. She is helped us multiple times already. I had to post how amazing she is. She's great with kids! I wanted to thank Advantage Dental for always being good to us. This is definitely a place that I would recommend.

I'm totally satisfied with the Advantage Dental located in La Pine. The new dentist is amazing! The staff is very friendly and professional. The hygienist is charming and very gentle . As a retired dental assistant I know what to watch for and I can tell you that you'll be in good hands at the La Pine office!

I came in for my first exam and had a great experience. Hannah was caring and asked if I was OK throughout the appointment. Dr. Wasserman was very nice. She asked if I had any concerns and really listened. Everyone is amazing. I would recommend them.

My daughter had a cavity on her FRONT tooth so I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. Mind you the appointment was scheduled almost 2 whole months out... they sent my daughter home saying it was a baby tooth and they don't need to fix it. It's NOT a baby tooth. The dentist wouldn't even take an X-ray to prove it to me. So now I have to go somewhere else because they REFUSE to fix it. Complete idiots in my opinion.

I waited for 2 months for an appointment, had some problems earlier in the day and ended up 15 minutes late. They wouldn't see me and the lady at the front desk gave me attitude and offered me an appointment in another 2 months. Go somewhere else.
