Very satisfied with how they treated me and how fast they got me in. The dentist was awesome and just overall quick and gentle with what I needed to be worked on.

I'm shopping for dentures, not only could the lady give me ANY expectation of pricing, even after asking a Dr. She explained that the initial visit to x-ray my jawline (I've had dentures for over 3 years now) would be at minimum 250.00 she said that most of their patients apparently have insurance, so this to me just looks like a typical charge outrageous prices that insurances won't dispute scheme. Most reputable companies have prices available.

I was eating out at a Chinese restaurant and my top Dentures almost pulled out a bottom front tooth. Could not finish the rest of my lunch because every time I bit down it hit the tooth. I went directly to Advantage Dental and thought that it would take a while to get in. To my surprise they said they could see me right away. It was surprising because sometimes it takes two to three months to get a appointment. Staff and dentist was very kind and friendly. Was really the best dentist experience I've had, which in the past with actual dental issues was not.

I would highly recommend the Dental Hygienist, Augustus. She is very friendly and has always done a great job, for the past 6 years that I've been a patient at Advantage. On the other hand, the receptionist by the name of Marcella is very unprofessional each time I've spoken with her. She has never had any concern for mine or my children's dental care needs whatsoever. When the dental staff is requesting an appointment to be rescheduled for them to take time off, I have always kindly made arrangements in my schedule but as soon as I need to reschedule an appointment due to conflict with my work schedule, the receptionist is very rude and takes it upon herself to be spiteful even towards my children. After not returning my phone calls for 2 months, Marcella scheduled my child 7 months out! Yet once I made a complaint, she suddenly had an appointment available the following week. When I asked to speak with a cooperate manager she refused to stop talking over me, saying the cooperate manager can do nothing about scheduling concerns. It's very sad that such great dental providers have the most disrespectful receptionist, acting as if she feels some type of power over scheduling patients unfairly. Canceling my childrens appointments that we've waited months for and rudely leaving a voice-mail and not giving me a chance to respond. Being spiteful towards children? Disgusting. If I make the decision to take my family of 6 to another dental provider, it will be because of the poor service I've received from the receptionist.

The wait between appointments can be long but its definitely worth the wait. Fast, efficient, and very, very nice staff. Had 10 teeth yanked in about 20 minutes-if that. I highly recomend these guys.

They opened at 8am I called at 8:30 then again at 8:45 and 9:00 meanwhile in excruciating pain, got my own medicine called again 10, 10:30, 11, 11:30, 12, 12:30 and no answer. You expect your dentist to answer the phone

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Save your time and look for a different dental establishment to get care. They never answer your phone call. If you leave a voice message they don't get back to you.

Although I do like my dentist and his assistant it's incredibly frustrating trying to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. I waited a full year for my comprehensive exam and now have to wait another 5 months for a cleaning before I can get the cavities fixed. My fear is by the time I can finally get the needed work done the cavities will have gotten worse and the teeth will possibly be unsavable. This office is clearly understaffed and really needs to fix that problem as it is truly effecting the health of its patients

It is absolutely impossible to get ahold of this dentist office. I have been trying to get ahold of them to be seen for months now and I have called numerous times and left voice messages with no call back.

I waited months for an initial appointment, then even longer for a cleaning appointment. When I showed up for the cleaning they had given my appointment away saying I didn't confirm! They weren't even apologetic! They said they tried calling but the number was wrong, which they did not! They sent a text to which there was no option to reply. So they did have the right number! It just said if you CAN'T MAKE it to call. Highly unprofessional! Do yourself a favor, if you have an appointment coming up you better call them to make sure they don't give your appointment away. And you'll have to leave a message as they NEVER answer the phone!

Wont answer the phones ever massive waste of time. Dont bother bite the bullet on real insurance and go to a real denists office. Not sure how they make any money if you can't schedule an appointment or get help.

This was a new place for me and I honestly felt welcomed from the second I walked in. the doctor was friendly and so were all the ladies who also worked there. I was quickly brought back after finishing my paperwork and if you like a friendly welcoming place I recommend this place on Shasta :)

My experience with this dentist was awesome! They WHOLE staff was very welcoming and friendly and explained everything!! I'm so grateful to the dentist for giving me my smile back!! I had some dentures that just didn't fit and he fixed them!! Thank you so very much to the whole office!! I truly appreciate you all more than you know! Thank you, thank you

they were able to get me in for an emergency extraction within a few days of me calling on a Monday, the staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to filling out things I had difficulty with and answered any questions I had, I'm very grateful for the level of professionalism displayed by all there staff

Advantage dental has "rescheduled" me 6 times in the last two years, every new appt is months out.. the office manager Marcella is really not equipped for the job. She's the only same face in the office over the years. She can't seem to keep employees around and in turn they can't seem to hold up schedule..

They called me on the day of my appointment, that I had to wait 4 months for, to cancel claiming that they weren't assigned as my dental provider. Meanwhile my insurance was adamant that they had already been assigned for months. If you can get assigned to ANY other dental office I say go for it. Edit - So the day after I post this I get a call to reschedule for a sooner date. Now after I've been in I'd say they did a decent job though it doesn't really clear up the shady stuff they did at first.
