This office is way too hard to get ahold of. They're one of the only offices that take state insurance so expect extremely long wait times. The number listed from google does not connect to the Hermiston office? I had to call another clinic to transfer me and wait for a call back 3 hours later while dealing with a dental emergency while pregnant. When they did finally contact me they gave me an appointment I told them I was not going to be able to make. When I missed that appointment due to work I wasn't able to get a call back to reschedule. Extremely frustrated with their services

I'm sure they are busy, but I was treated like I was the most important thing they had today. Thanks, Bailey, for the most gentle cleaning and explaining everything along the way!

Dr. Menka is wonderful! The rest of the staff is just as lovely. They ensure each visit that I am comfortable and that when I leave, all of my questions were answered. I'm very happy with Advantages Dental and would recommend them to anyone! (2 years later) Dr. Menka moved, and now I have Dr. Sharon. He is also a wonderfully professional and experienced dentist. Thank you!

Awesome service and patient care, Recommend for all ages!!! Years later we are still faithful patients, my daughters absolutley love Bailey ( best dental hygienist ever!!). We definitely would recommend

Took almost year to be seen, they canceled 1 appointment rescheduled it for three to six months later, they canceled 2 appointment, rescheduled for a couple days later, because dentist called in both times, work that needed done didn't need done by the time we actually saw dentist, tooth fell out on its own cavity was gone

Although the dental care at the Hermiston office is excellent, the women at the front desk are SO INCREDIBLY RUDE I left feeling belittled, insulted, brushed off and dismissed. It's really a shame that such fantastic dentists and dental assistances have such rude front desk personnel representing them.

If you are trying to make an appointment or even talk to someone, good luck with that. Customer service from Corporate is nonexistent. Left messages and no contact.

Over 2 months ago I made an appointment for today with the scheduler for a consult & teeth cleaning at 10:00 am. I told her I have a cavity. All they did today was the consult. I spoke to the scheduler about it & she said that I will have to re-schedule that for December 31st for teeth cleaning. This is very inconvenient because I work 2nd shift.

I had some extractions. Dr. Dolan was very attentive and great at his job. My comfort was one of his main priorities... it was clear his assistant, Kimberlie, was highly trained as well. They both cld see that I was extremely anxious and they both did a terrific job at keeping me calm. I haven't felt comfortable smiling at anyone for at least 3 years. I can finally smile and laugh with my husband and daughter again.. I really have no words to describe my gratitude... they were both very personable and made me feel at ease... so grateful to Dr. Dolan, Kimberlie and the Hermiston Clinic!

Took my two boys in today one is 2 the other is 4. Super thankful for Alisha who was patient but stern with my kiddos. My 4 year old was biting and kicking and she managed to get the job done with so much patience. I didn't feel judged but I felt heard and understood. Thank you Dr. Peterson and Alisha

Got my teeth cleaned today by dental hygienist Alisha. She's been taking care of my teeth for months now and she's always giving positive vibes. Very thorough cleaning and gentle technique. Give her a raise advantage, you got yourself a 5 star worker. Sincerely, luis.

I came in to Advantage Dental today with my son. Seen Dr Petersen who is such a great Doctor, the assistants Martha and Kylie and wonderful. Dr finished all my sons treatment. Couldn't be happier he saved me a couple appointments. very gentle and no pain. Sara upfront is awesome. Explains treatment very well and its very helpful. Highly recommend Advantage Dental from DentaQuest.
