Husband, new in town, terrible toothache. I called them and they said they would set up teleappointment, told them I didn't know how it worked but they set it up anyway. They said I could call for assistance if needed. I was notified appointment was starting but nothing happened on my side. When I called they would not pick up. Don't bother calling unless you are tech savvy. I am but nothing worked as they said it would.

I highly recommend to those living in Gold Beach a dentist Dr. Joseph at Advantage Dental. Recently had a accident and chipped 3 teeth. Within a few months he managed the healing and I received a permanent bridge. Awesome detail and care.

The staff in the Gold Beach Office are the best! Professional but relaxed, taking time to answer all my questions. Giving me options of care rather than "you need this done". Making a care plan with explaining by priority. They are just so nice!!

I got a full upper denture and lower partial. They were knowledgeable and very nice to me. Dr. Joseph and the rest of the staff here have been very accommodating to my scheduling and financial situation. They can be busy at times but have always been able to fit me in reasonably and give me call reminders since I'm so forgetful. 5 stars, if you're in need of dental assistance locally this is the place.

It is really hard to get them on the phone which can be frustrating. When you are seen they do a standard job. When you live in the middle of no where, you don't get to be picky. I will say it took an hour and half to pull one of my molars, they had to numb me four times. Also when I asked for my referral for braces they sent me to a dentist that does not do those services. So.. they kind of suck but not bad enough that I would say no to go there.

Dr. Joseph and all the ladies who work there are awesome! I couldn't be happier to find them! Dr. Joseph is the best dentist I've ever been to and he is a sweetheart when it comes to your concerns!

ADVANTAGE DENTAL OF GOLD BEACH SAVED US!!! Sissy, the office manager, and Janice, the Hygienist, are amazing to say the least!! Our dentist appointments at another office had been cancelled so many times, that we called this fabulous dental establishment. Sissy got both my husband and I appointments two days from the time we called. Thorough and professional service. We are super happy. Give them a try for sure!!
