In April 2022 they told me they could clean my teeth in July 2022 so I made an appointment... they lied, they got me into the chair, used my only yearly xray exams my insurance covers, then told me they can't clean my teeth until November 2022. They also lied and said they can't transfer my xrays to another business so I could got my teeth cleaned there instead. I am forced to wait 7 months for a teeth cleaning. 3 days before my appointment, they cancel and say they can't clean my teeth until August 2023. This company deserves every lawsuit thrown at them.

I've called numerous of times and left messages since 10/26/2022 just to get a call back from "Tammy Tams" cell phone today on 10/31/2022... I didn't know who it was because they didn't say where they were calling from right away. They don't answer the phone nor do they have any phone etiquette. I am glad I dodged that bullet. Lesson 1: "Hello may I speak with _______ this is _______ calling from Advantage dental, returning your call."

I been trying for over a week multiple times a day at different times and left multiple messages and can't get ahold of anyone... now I have to go to the office just to schedule my daughter appt cause she's in pain.

I had to wait over a month to get a screening exam. Then 3 months to get an appointment with a dentist. Then they called me 2 days before the appointment and canceled it. I called to reschedule and they didn't pick up. I left a message and haven't heard back.

I'm so sad to have to leave this practice. I've been going here for many years and loved my dentist. But since Advantage took it over it's gone so downhill. It's become impossible to make an appointment. They absolutely never answer the phone and never return calls. Do yourself a favor and pick a non corporate owned dentist office. *Updated review* After contacting the corporate email I finally got a call back! The rudest message I've ever received from a medical office. The number they left to call back was not the phone number on their Google listing or website. The voicemail was so condescending: " I don't know what number you've been calling, we don't get messages for the closed 82nd location and the Clackamas location phones are down". Silly me and everyone else who left a review calling the number on the Google listing and advantage webpage. They said they have software to see who has called and so they know I haven't called once. So they would be noting that in my chart, lol! They also said if I am having so much trouble getting a call back I should have just stopped in to make an appointment. Imagine being so dense that you find it appropriate to tell folks to take time off work just to make the appointment. Let alone get any dental work done. Save yourself a headache and go anywhere else.

I have two appointments in this clinic for my kids. The first one was very good. The Doctor, dental assistant, and hygienist were nice and very professional. All services were excellent. My second visit to clinic unfortunately was unpleasant. The person on the front desk was rude and unhelpful. Several days later the manager contacted me. She figured out the situation and apologized. I hope they will improve customer service. """"""

Absolutely the WORST dental office to go to. They don't care about your needs. They never answer the phone, they never call back. I had a broken tooth that could have been fixed turn infected because they failed to get me in to treat. I had to physically walk in to get any kind of response and was told i can sit and wait approximately 2 hours. And they would only xray, not treat. Again, go anywhere else but advantage dental.

If u are Asia stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will make u wait even when u arrived ahead of your appointed time . They all think it's comical when u DARE TO ASK THEM For a reason . Go to Pacific Dental or Rose city dental, they will treat u more appreciatively. STAY STAY STAY AWAY AWAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Need to check something at this office? Get a lawyer or a case manager as the office staff itself are unable to understand you when they are literally prompted by their HQ to call you on top of not answering phones, not informing patients of their rights, or when a medical instrument required for the surgery is finished forcing you to loose your job since it takes so long.

Doctor is not knowledgeable and put my health at risk last year by trying to tell me white patches on my cheeks are "normal" when it is in fact a condition that can be treated. I had to insist on a referral and call back multiple time because they were not putting it in. Do NOT waste your time here. During the height of Covid patients were piled in two to a room with no barriers. This place is in a low income neighborhood and sadly patrons of this business who mostly live in this neighborhood are getting subpar care even though we are the most at risk for health issues and complications. We deserve better.

I keep calling and calling to make an appointment and no answer! Why are they like this? I thought I made the right choice by picking advantage dental but apparently not. I don't understand why they don't call back and the people answering back saying "leave feedback" should be the ones taking notes that they aren't doing there job

Walking in is the only way to make an appointment. I experienced weeks of calling and leaving messages with no return calls.

They very rarely answer the phone and never call you back. I've been going to this location for 8 years since they were dental Care today. They've got much worse about the phones in the last 6 years. The funny thing is that advantage dental many locations and none of them answer the phone. It's also crazy when you consider there's such a huge company and their phone service just is so bad do you think they would have better phone service or even at centralized phone service location I'm switching to another dental air place. Which is really sad, I actually like my dentist but I just can't anymore they book over 6 months out for a cleaning and it's just not worth it.
