I came in today for my cleaning appt and they told me I didn't have an appt. Someone dropped the ball. They are definitely having some problems in this office.

Why do you have a phone? I have tried for 2 days to reach this office to make an appointment, but no answer. Strange way to run a business!!

I don't have a friggin smart phone! The dentist is excellent but he is sorely understaffed.

This place needs so much help. The front desk lady is inefficient and unhelpful, she will actually deter you from coming. START WITH GETTING RID OF HER..... Appointments take literally MONTHS and the they dont fix the dental problem. just make another appoinment In ANOTHER 6 months. Leaving you or your child to suffer. With not even an antibiotic. They've lost all the good longtime employees that were sensitive to needs and could hold a coversation. They cant even keep a Dentist. Please if you can go somewhere else. GO. This place is a 100% joke. That takes, like their name (Advantage) of people.They do NOT care about YOU. Drive to Eugene or Newport ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

They were prompt and very friendly. Ashley the assistant was very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Joe was competent and friendly. I'm very happy with the staff here.

I am a nervous wreck at a Dentist but from Nadine at the front desk to Ashley the Dental Assistant to Dr. Joseph... I was treated with kid gloves and given excellent care!

The staff is great but the receptionist just totally was rude! Couldn't reschedule a new appointment because she was distracted by her phone wouldn't give me any attention at all to resolve the issue! I understand being short staffed but when u have a computer and customer in front of you, you attend to them! Sorry to loose my business but it has been a terrible experience the last two times I was in there!

I absolutely LOVE the scheduling staff here! Very attentive and caring for patient needs. Understanding and compassionate which makes coming here enjoyable. Thank you for all the care you take in each patients needs.

So, I have had horrible experiences at the dentist as a child.. Advantage dental in Florence has been amazing. Today, I had my 1st filling in a long time. I want my smile back! So, when getting my injection in the front tooth, Shirley was so good to me, she put cold air on me while doc was giving the injection. Dr. Mee was amazing.. They were both just awesome. Thank you both..

Very friendly staff!! Shirley made me feel comfortable and she explains everything in terms I understand. Nadine is so kind and she works really hard to get everyone scheduled!! I'm truly grateful for such good staff!!

Dr. Mee and his assistant Shirley deserve 10 stars. From the time you enter the office being greeted by the friendly receptionist, they make you feel like they really care. You all are great.

Wonderful service!! Everyone was so nice and excellent at what they do. From the front desk to the assistants to the wonderful Dentist. This will be the dentist for my whole family.

This was one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist, even if it was a molar extraction. The medical assistant Shirley was friendly, helpful and assisted Dr Mee so well I never felt unsafe or uninformed about the procedure. Dr Mee is a superstar dentist, who professionally extracted my infected tooth so well I never felt a thing. I can heartily recommend this advantage clinic for wonderfully service.

I visited Advantage Dental today for an appraisal of my dental problems. I was very pleased to have Shirley assisting the dentist attending me. Shirley is very knowledgeable and comforting in her expertise and informative nature. Her friendly personal attitude always makes me feel assured that I am in good hands. Both Shirley and Dr. Mee are very good and competent in dealing with dental problems.

Awesome and wonderful service my Hygienist is absolutely amazing, their receptionist is awesome and a heart of gold . My Dentist very nice , he explained everything to me and makes things simple without the Terms no one understands. I'm very happy with the care I have received and look forward to continuing with Advangage. Thank you wonderful staff.

I had to get two fillings done and despite my anxiety twitching and needlephobia Dr. Mee Shirley really helped with overcoming it and distracting me from the needle with an airbrush, my experience was a lot better than my visit a few years ago.
