I almost fell asleep three different times I was so relaxed and comfortable the office is clean and cute. The staff are friendly and always take good care of me. I never have much of a wait time. They always take care of all my pains and problems. I couldn't thank them enough. I am a repeat customer and would highly recommend their work! You ladies are amazing!! Thank you!

I have been coming here the past 3 years for my dental care. I have always had the best care. The office manager , Gail, is exceptional. She is very knowledgeable and has compassion for her patients. She goes above and beyond to get me in promptly and always provides me with my treatment plan and makes sure I know what to expect. She works hard to ensure her staff is well trained, personable, and professional. In other dental clinics I have had some very negative experiences leaving me anxious about future care. Gail and her staff gave me options and helped problem solve to help assure I felt cared about and comfortable. It makes me feel much better knowing I finally found a dental clinic that cares about me. Thank you Gail, and your team for providing me with quality care and treating me so well.

Whoever answered the phone had the worst customer service I've ever delt with. So rude. Talked over top of me while I was trying to explain the problem and then told me I was wrong about which tooth was bothering me. Terrible phone skills.

Although the dentist was polite. I had a very bad experience here. I went in to get a build up and crown. I left and continued to have severe pain. She referred me to a specialist to get my tooth pulled but that would be a 3 week wait. I ended up paying cash at sunrise dental for an extraction. He was excellent. I never felt a thing. I wish I could post the xray of the build up. It was horrible. I do have to say the lady who works the front desk is excellent. She helped me get my refund quickly and really had compassion for what I was going through.

I was treated horribly by the dentist, Dr H. The staff is usually great at the front desk and have had lovely conversations with the dental hygienists but the dentist here has an issue and apparently has zero empathy towards people who have a hard time in the chair. No one else was as rude as she was towards myself not once but on two different occasions. Not only was she rude but 3 weeks have gone by and I have had to go to a different dentist just to get help with a now infected tooth, and found out they could of helped me weeks ago and instead handed me off to some specialist... I'm appalled by how I was treated and am never recommending this place to anyone. Unless you're just in for a cleaning, beware of getting a filling or any work done here.

They do a great job. I felt no discomfort while getting my fillings & they were constantly checking to make sure I was doing okay throughout the procedure. They just need to get their music back in the speakers lol

I was just transferred to this location from a different advantage and the first thing I noticed when I sat down in the dentist chair was the blood splatter on the window blinds in front of me, the next was the hole in the dentist's scrubs.. and the icing on the cake was the numbing shot going what felt like abnormally deep into my gums and then having a reaction so heavy to the meds that my legs were uncontrollably shaking. This has never EVER happened to me before at the dentist and I'll be changing locations again.. immediately.

HORRRRRRIBLE literally have had appointments booked 3 different times now and they KEEEP CANCELING THEM...and want to reschedule you again each time for 3 months out just for them to cancel again...they don't leave a voicemail or text or anything letting you know your appointments are canceled so you show up each time because you get a text that your appointment is still on. Super frustrating when your kids really need an appointment, and it's a 30min drive...don't understand when I get there each time and they are helping other people. DONT go here if your wanting an appointment within the year.

The Dentist is horrible. My husband left in the middle of tooth extraction. She broke it 3 times and traumatized him. Then gave him an oral surgeon referral. And she said.. you won't get in for 4 to 6 weeks. Luckily this surgeon saw him the next morning. He was awesome. This dentist needs to b stopped. I may seek legal action.

They seem nice . However its hard to get a hold of them . they dont answer the phone .its set to go straight to voicemail . Very fustrating when you have questions or concerns you would like to be answered.

Erik is the best!!!! Had my first cleaning in just over 10 years and Erik was so thorough. He did a great job at explaining everything he was doing and made great conversation to keep me comfortable. Will never use another dental office again.

Today was my final cleaning of a deep 10years of no dental work! my dentist did a great job! I am very impressed with it! I couldn't thank him or the Advantage teams help! THANK YOU!

Haven't been to a Dentist in a few years I needed work done and they were able to get me in quickly. All the staff was very helpful and friendly.

It had been years since I had been to the dentist. I had several broken teeth and Dr. Opheim was great about explaing all of my treatment and what to expect. The office manager explained all of my insurance benefits and the steps to expect for my dentures, she kept in touch with me throughout the process and even called me after my teeth were pulled to see how I was doing. This was seriously the best team! Thank you Advantage Dental!

I love this dentist office. Erik is awesome. Very professional and upbeat. Listens to any of my concerns or questions. The ladies up front are super nice and helpful as well. It's always a great experience.

I run my own business, I have clients to help. I woke up at 3 am in dramatic pain. By 8:50 am my wife was making calls and was recommended this company. They got me a appointment set for 9:30am I rushed right over! Everyone was simply amazing. I was an emergency new patient and they treated me like a 20 year client! They got me in an appointment within 30 minutes and I drove all the way from Dallas to make it in time! I was three minutes early! Everything was wonderful, everyone was so kind and helpful and didn't treat me like a last minute annoying customer. Highly recommend! I have another tooth that may need pulled and I know where I'm going back. If they'll have me of course, I tend to talk A LOT!

Amazing friendly fast and companionate service. Severe dental fobia and this was the most amazing group of people to care for me!
