Although appointments are hard to come by with how far out you have to make them (6 mos or more), I feel like these guys are worth the wait! Trish in the front office was kind, patient, and extremely helpful when I needed an appointment for both my girls, and our insurance was a bit out of whack. She provided the information I needed to get everything fixed very easily. She could have just told me what to do to fix it, but she went the extra mile to provide as much help(phone numbers, what to say, etc...) as she possibly could to make it easy for me. Check in was a breeze when we got to the office. I have pretty severe Dental anxiety as well as my 9-year-old daughter. When Amanda took us back for her appointment, she was so kind and thoughtful and really accommodated the fears and anxieties by explaining everything in a kind relatable manner. When we left that office my girls and I all said what a great experience we had and that we couldn't wait to see Amanda again because she was just absolutely so wonderful at her job while still being personable. If you can handle how long it takes to get in for the appointment, this is one of the best dentist offices I have visited in my lifetime.

Be sure to confirm your appointment or they will cancel it even if you've been waiting months to get in. I don't like the policy but they were able to get me in the next day after canceling my original appointment. The manager and team were apologetic, explaining they've had a lot of no shows and are short staffed.

I haven't been to the dentist in years. I avoid the dentist due to pain and judgement. However my last cleaning was the best! Brittany was very gentle and there was no pain. The best part? No lecutures or judgement. She even made me feel safe enough to ask questions about my oral hygiene! I wish all my past visits had been with her.

The new dentist offered a plausible alternative to a crown. The old dentist wasn't willing to do that. Amanda is a wonderful person and all of the other staff is nice too.

Had my initial exam just rescheduled for the second time. I booked in Nov of 2021 for Feb 2022, got rescheduled for April, and then just got a call that I was rescheduled for August. Last time it was because "they didn't have an assistant". Beyond ridiculous.

I had my teeth cleaned and it was one of my best dental experiences ever! Very profesional and she had a gentle touch! My teeth have never felt so clean!

I'm posting from my boyfriends page. I was a patient here over a year ago. I left an amazing review under Jojo leveque. I had such a great experience there and when I finally got a hold of them days later after calling and leaving a bunch of messages. But the lady who called me back was so rude condescending and unprofessional. She victim shamed me and I feel terrible. I loved the dentist there and all I wanted to do was talk to her and make an apt. This lady made it so difficult and upset me so much I had to take some anxiety meds. I feel horrible after that phone call and will never be back. And I'll tell everyone I know not to come here either.

I live in Springfield Oregon. The advantage dental in Springfield.. could not see me and I have surgery in about a week and a half. They got me in. And helped me with two broken teeth that was cutting up the side of my tongue. It's very painful. They bought me a little time by patching them up a little bit temporarily because due to my surgery I won't be able to walk 6 to 8 weeks. They were so sweet and so helpful I am making them my office. I don't care if I have to drive 30 minutes. Thank you again all of you sweet people. Even the secretary she was so sweet as well. I love it that they had big smiles on their faces. But they are saving my life I've been waiting for months to get those broken teeth fixed . All those sweet people you could tell they like their job.

Quick, efficient, pain free, kind and took care of me so professionally. From the appointment clerk, to hygienist to dentist. They took care of me with careful attention to disinfection& prevention related to Co Vid-19 guidelines.

Pam is horrible! How is she still employed there. She is incredibly rude everytime I call. She makes it seem like other customers are more important and you are not worth her time and effort. She has cancelled my husbands appointments repeatedly when he needs serious work done and when she cancels she doesn't even call until the day of the appointment or not at all. my husband works and has to schedule appointments around that so he tells her the day that works for him and she schedules it for the days he can't come in. She won't return calls, and when she does and you ask why she didn't call she blames you. She says its there policy to call with a reminder of appointments coming up but she doesn't and blames you for not getting a message she "left" but she actually didn't leave one.The other dental staff is ok but Pam has got to go. She is the face of that office and it isn't a pretty one. She makes me never want to go back in for me my kids or my husband.

It was amazing, I went in with a extreme abscess, unbearable pain. Never had that much pain in life. They fixed me up, cleaned out the infection and corrosion relieved my pain and looked extremely good when they were done I couldn't be more satisfied.

Sure would be nice if they ever answered the phone. Collectively I've called like 18 times and still nothing. I've called for 30 mixtures straight. They don't actually call you back within one business day

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this dentistry. I have only been once, so hopefully it will continue to be good. Appointments are horribly spread out though. Not enough dental hygienist work at this site, there is only one.

While the pandemic put quite a bit on hold Dr K and his assistant Mckayla have really been proactive in helping me get my dental health back in line. From working me in for a dropped filling to replacing old ones and general care, I really love this office!!!
