Just like a bunch of other reviews, they cancelled my daughter's appt the day before... Can't even get ahold of someone during open hours. This place is a joke Editing to say they've cancelled all of my family's appointments every single time, cancelled the rescheduled appointments. This place SUCKS.

For reference I got a wisdom tooth pulled- So 1st they didn't give me anything for anxiety (which i was in tears when i walked in). 2nd my appointment was at 1, I ended up going back at 1:30, 3rd I was back there for like an hour waiting to even be seen. 4th (this part made me the most mad) so after they pulled the tooth and where putting the stitches in, something hit my uvula so I started throwing up all over the place THEY WOULDN'T LET ME SIT UP SO I WAS ASPERATING MY OWN VOMIT before they had the suction thing clear back in my throat which made me throw up more. I'm calling Monday to switch dentists, never going back.

Today was my 2nd appointment at Advantage Dental, I had been extremely nervous for my extraction, the whole process went very well I had absolutely no pain during the extraction and I don't have any now!! Thank-you Dr.Dailey and Advantage Dental!!! I definitely recommend Advantage Dental!!

Kelsey and Miranda did great with my son made him feel comfortable and was very patient. Dr.Ping was also great.

I have tried to get a basic cleaning here for the past few months. I took time off work to get in here and they have rescheduled me repeatedly with a number of iffy excuses. I walked in for my appointment a few days ago and they told me they had called to reschedule again. Their practice is unprofessional. Their rescheduling practices have a potential to cause great harm to people.

I have a cracked wisdom tooth, I went down to the CB office Monday July 18th and they were able to get me in the next day in the afternoon and have my x-rays faxed over from another local dentist. After viewing the x-ray and looking at my cracked tooth they put me on the books for this Friday July 22 to have ALL 4 wisdom teeth removed for HALF the cost of the other local dentist. I hate going to the dentist, and from the first moment I walked in everyone was very friendly and understanding. Especially with the pain I have been having, they have been awesome, flexible, fast, and very reasonable price wise. They are easy going, friendly, and humble and that makes me feel a lot more comfortable when dealing with my painful tooth. I want to give a big shout out to Kacey, she eased me of my anxiety, and very easy to talk to, as well as Dr. Phan- he surprised me by how humble he was, and it was very refreshing.

Both my kiddos had their cleaning and exam and they were both SO nervous. Naomi greeted them and offered them fresh fruit and coloring pages while they waited! Biiiiig shout out to Miranda and Karina for easing their anxieties and making their cleaning fun! They were so proud to show off their clean smiles! Dr. Phan was a wonderful ending to their visit. He was joking with them and had them so excited to be part of the "Cavity-Free Club"! Plus the toy tower was a fun way to leave. They couldn't stop talking about how fun it was! Best dental experience for my babies! Thank you Advantage Coos Bay! You have a GREAT team!!!

They got me in so quickly after an old filling fell out that was a visible part of my smile. They were so friendly and timely. And now my tooth looks better than ever and I feel even more confident in my smile! It looks so natural you can't tell there is a filling there.

I been to Advantage Dental in Coos Bay like 3 or 8yrs ago and the dentist there was a male dentist with a very nasty rotten attitude and treated me like a kid instead of an adult. I am typing down this review for advantage dental has very poor staff, half of the women who work there do not care about customers who go in & having to wait 2 to 3 hours and from what I am hearing, I would suggest to go to a very different dental building instead of the ones in North Bend & Coos bay. Plus they put me on a 6 month waiting list for my next teeth cleaning and my top left middle tooth has a nasty cavity and it's very discomforting. I would not even trust Advantage Dental anymore Personal update to this previous post from 8 months ago. Advantage Dental still has to make me wear a stupid mask in their place of business even after the mask & covid baloney has lifted. Also the women working the front are extremely rude and do not care about the people who come in, and I would not ever trust Advantage Dental never again after today

It's a great dentist office great people only problem is it too busy having to wait a month-and-a-half for an appointment just for them to cancel it is ridiculous and good luck calling you'll get put on hold for 15 minutes just for it to make you leave a message.

All the reviews are true. Reedsport office cancelled me 2x day of appt. Made appt with Coos Bay, waited 3 weeks, I called before scheduled appt & was told my appt was different. Showed up for new appt. early & was told they called & canceled, no call. Showed my phone to front office to prove no call recieved, she stated I could have deleted. Why would I drive 1 hour round trip in pouring rain if I had been notified? I have a broken tooth & they could care less. Won't stop here I will make a formal complaint with insurance. Do not waste ur time with this unprofessional atmosphere!!!!

Extremely unprofessional. Appointments are consistently scheduled 4-6 months out, and you can guarantee they'll reschedule that appointment at least once (if not more). I've also had my appointment rescheduled without any notification, only to show up at the office and find out they wouldn't see me. The office is staff is rude and refuses to answer questions. Trying to get ahold of anyone here on the phone is a joke.

WARNING, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Unprofessional service the staff is horrible, rude, and condescending. The office manager is on her cell phone while I stand at the window waiting and waiting. They always cancel my appointment at the window and then lie about calling me about it and they never answer there phone! Do not waste your time going here because they will waste your time and never get anywhere only to end up needing a root canal or losing your teeth because of there horrible practices!!!

Between my wife and me 6 times we've walked to the window only to have my appointment canceled in my face and monthes between appointments! My teeth are getting worse!! They always say they called the night before but you'll find that's a lie. Sitting here in the lobby listening to the same BS games they're pulling on other people. These people are victimizing people actually causing harm! Met a gentleman here this morning, his tooth rotted and split waiting for canceled appointments so he pulled it himself.
