I received excellent skill and service. More importantly the staff Naomi Dr Johnson and his assistant Lacey were exceptional. Taking the necessary time my circumstances required with compassion kindness empathy and understanding. I wish everyone that ever feared a dentist visit could have my experience. It would change the entire perception freeing us from resistance to it's gonna be .

Took a moment as they're quite busy but every appointment I've had so far, and that's over 3 has been a good experience. Best dentist ever. Hugely nice polite nurses and members. Really amazed at the kindness and skills of the dentist. After 3 times of a perfect (in my eyes) fillings and dental work. I feel that this dentist office, and dentists that work here is best in every aspect at the time of this writing Front desk, nurses, dentists, basically everyone I met here are amazing polite and awesome people.

Best office in gold beach and brookings oregon they treated me so good explaining things I can understand. My tooth was pulled but no pain. This place has changed for the better will go again dentist and staff are great. Had my teeth cleaned in goldbeach never felt so clean she is so great will go again thanks to people like them it makes me want to go to the dentist

I'm so impressed with everyone at Advantage, they're all lovely, from receptionist, hygienist, to dentist. They are especially good with my 10 year old and have made her comfortable and have assuaged her previous dental fears.

Had one of my wisdom teeth pulled, called me in filled out paperwork and within 20 min he had me layed out and was pulling my tooth! Highly recommend very very good at what they do and a very friendly staff

I'm so impressed with everyone at Advantage, they're all lovely, from receptionist, hygienist, to dentist. They are especially good with my 10 year old and have made her comfortable and have assuaged her previous dental fears.

The staff and dentist at this facility are awesome! I had a dental emergency that I had waited way too long to look at. My jaw and ear were starting to hurt! I didn't think any dentist would get me in ASAP. Considered going to the emergency room last night! Then went to them today and explained my problem. They fit me in and pulled the tooth today...same day! So awesome! Huge thanks to all of them.

Super nice staff. My dentist Joseph was super cool, didn't try to run rough shod over me be pushing an expensive root canal. Instead took the time to discover my tooth was still savable by removing and replacing my filling. Took the time to ensure I was sufficiently numbed before operating which I appreciate after I've had other dentists begin drilling as the numbing agent was still setting in. Very pleased with his work and the rest of the gals I spoke to on the phone and at the front desk were super nice.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The dentist and hygienist had my two front teeth fixed in no time. They really tried hard to help and i would will recommend them to anyone that needed a great smile or any other work. I can now smile and have more confidence due to affordable dentistry. thanks again :-)

I called to schedule an emergency appointment, but their automated system never got me to a representative. When calling to leave a voicemail which said would be contacted back in 1 business day, that didn't happen either. I then attempted to call the after hours line to speak with a live person. The representative was unfortunately not empathetic or had a way to schedule any appointment- it was only several minutes of conversation did she FINALLY say that doctor was NOT going to see patients and would refer me to the next closest office. The doctor would only be providing a bandaid of antibiotics (which they only can provide a limited amount) if you have swelling or other signs of infection. This doesn't work for patients that can't drive, go far distances due to uncontrollable circumstances or have to work to pay bills during this pandemic. I completely understand this industry is a high risk during COVID-19 and they are taking extreme precautions to protect everyone, but this is absolutely unacceptable when you make it sound like you can be seen and then find out you can't for a true dental emergency. I only hope this business takes this feedback and makes the proper adjustments to help their patients in a small community like Brookings, OR when the patient is clearly stating there is an emergency.

I was very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and genuine care and concern for their patients that I experienced with Brookings Advantage Dental. Britney and Emily were very helpful and courteous about making sure that I would be seen even though I was a walk in patient and they were very busy. Sam was very understanding and patient with my level of pain and went out her way to minimize my discomfort in taking necessary xrays. I was also impressed with how quickly Dr. Hatfield and Sam were able to address my treatment and get me out. I must say of the many dental facilities I've been to over the years this group is by far the best to have been treated by. Thank you to all of them.

Britt and Dr. E. Were so professional and yet so incredibly kind, knowledgeable and reassuring that patient, John Crisp and I could no believe that a person could get such service like this! We have complete faith in this office and the Dr. E and Britt. Are so wonderful. John has avoided this office previously as there were so many problems and never any results. We took our little guy (he's 2 1/2 years old) to Advantage here in Brookings last week. Every day since then when we ask him what he wants to do today, he says "go to the dentist." They were patient and gentle and made it fun for him. If you have a little one, we recommend taking them to Advantage!
