I want to take the time to express how amazing and attentive these ladies are in the office. Allyssa was very patient and sweet and made sure I got what I need done. I have c-pstd and I have major anxiety. I was welcomed and had amazing time at the dentist office I even felt so pleased with the lady who x-ray my teeth and how at ease they were with me. I can say by far the best experience I've had. Love the ladies presents in office. I trust them completely.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I took my daughter there to get a tooth pulled which never did happen. They had to try to numb her mouth about ten times yet never numbing the correct area. I guess that should have been a big red flag because over the course of over 4 hours she only got her tooth chipped down. Let me tell you what she did get: a sliced tongue that should have been sutured and many cuts in the back of her mouth from all the slips. Not to mention the tremendous pain all the while! Her jaw is all swollen from having her mouth pried open to the fullest for that amount of time. I am very disappointed! All she could do is cry for the next few hours of leaving there and she is worse off than when she went in!

My daughter had an appointment there the staff is ais very nice and they treat you like you are family. We have seen dentist and doctors all over the United States and this is byf far the best place to live in. Thank you advantage dental for everything.

The staff was Absolutely AMAZING! I called with a dental emergency and the Dr was able to fit me in. I'm from Texas and here fort work. I was a little hesitant going to a new place, but I was greeted with a friendly staff, the assistant and Dr were so kind and informative! I'm so thankful he was able to pull my tooth because the pain I was having was UNBEARABLE! I would highly recommend Advantage to anyone! Thank you sooo much for making my day so much better!

The staff was Absolutely AMAZING! I called with a dental emergency and the Dr was able to fit me in. I'm from Texas and here fort work. I was a little hesitant going to a new place, but I was greeted with a friendly staff, the assistant and Dr were so kind and informative! I'm so thankful he was able to pull my tooth because the pain I was having was UNBEARABLE! I would highly recommend Advantage to anyone! Thank you sooo much for making my day so much better!

Appointment was cancelled due to weather. Not a problem. Problem is is that I was notified 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment.

Teeth are often the last things on our to-do list but they are one of the most important things for good health. Everything is connected and I had to learn this the hard way. My saving grace was the kind people at Advantage Dental (Boardman) that gave me hope and great care in my endeavor.

Called for basic information, who ever I spoke to (Didn't give their name) was very rude, they seemed annoyed that they had to help and when I had received all the info I needed, they just hung up, didn't even say goodbye. Horrible service
