i'm 14 and i've went here as long as i can remember, i got some fillings done on my back molars about 4-5 years ago and they keep breaking off. i was also just chewing some Extra gum and one on the top broke off completely.

I've called. I've left messages. I've emailed. At this point I'm going to have to pack both of my kids in the car and drive to Bend just to make an appointment. It would be nice if someone, anyone, could get back to me.

Margot the Dental assistant is simply Amazing in all aspects. Dr. Hicks is the best dentist ive ever had. She got me more numb with one needle than anyone. Her finger dexterity is mind blowing. Today i had the best experience ive had for an hr visit at an Advantage Dental location. Thanks Ladies!

I wish that I could give a rating of 0 stars, as that is what this place deserves. I waited an hour and a half to be seen because one of the receptionists forgot to check me in. For 30 minutes of my waiting time I saw 4 women at the front desk complaining about their patients (apparently that's why they're too busy to return phone calls). Once I finally got in the blood pressure cuff, medical information program, and x-ray machine all malfunctioned. Eventually the x-ray machine was fixed. I had some x-rays done, and then was told that the hygienist quit and if I wanted my teeth cleaned I would have to come back in 8 months. I already waited over 6 months for this appointment!! You are better off paying out of pocket to go to an office with competent employees.

I've lived in Bend for two years and scheduled a appointment when I moved here. They kept rescheduling my appointment 6months later. I am about to move and still haven't had my teeth cleaned.

I called to see if I can get in due to an emergency. And the lady that answered acted like she was bothered and just could not understand what I was saying. She said I had the wrong member ID when I was reading it off the card. And then tried to say my social security number wasn't right either. She just wasn't interested in helping at all. Very unprofessional and frustrating to just try and schedule an emergency appointment.

Have had 5 broken teeth for 6 months now.. in a lot of pain and have made appointments with them for emergency. All they keep doing is calling to reschedule because they are short staffed??? 3 times now...They clearly don't care about their patients...

Erika from the front desk did an amazing job helping me schedule my filling appointment after being told I was unable to be seen for months She not only was able to schedule me in quickly but also answered all my questions and concerns! She's the best

Staff are very kind and patient the dentist goes a step further on making sure your care is taken care of Beyond expectation I would not want a different dentist after finding one I can trust that does great work and listens to how I feel about my own teeth

UPDATE: I called 12 times this morning just to drive down, call while I'm at the desk and realize their phones are on silent. That's why they never answer peoples calls. Definitely the worst state provided insurance dental providers ever. I've been going for years and I have had multiple problems, thinking maybe they've changed this year. Nope. I have been numbed up, they left for 45 minutes, had to come numb me back up, LEFT for another 30 minutes, came back had to numb me up AGAIN for a THIRD TIME. The staff never answers the phone and they always seem to be in a rude mood and/or hate their job/ always talking at the front, yet they can't answer the phone. This place is horrid. I always feel rushed. I had a tooth extraction yesterday of a wisdom tooth, worst and most traumatic experience. The dentist only took one took out saying he needed to refer me to be sedated. After, they prescribed me antibiotics that clearly state I'm allergic to on my chart. Then will not answer the phone to get me new antibiotics. I will be switching dentist. So thanks OHP.

They rush their work, make you feel rushed. And then when something goes wrong it's impossible to get through to get it fixed.

Getting them to pick up the phone when you call is next to impossible, your moments late when you arrive and no one is even present in the front making time click away then enough goes by they cancel your appointment.

Nubia Galvan from the front desk did an amazing job helping me schedule my wisdom teeth removal appointment. She not only was able to schedule me in quickly but also answered all my questions and concerns! She's the bestThe removal was fast and went very smoothly with the very kind dental assistance that really helped me feel better through the procedure.
