Kept rescheduling and postponing your dental cleaning service. Scheduled Sept 6th morning, was rescheduled to afternoon. I went to the dental office as scheduled. Been told unable to service me at my scheduled time and now my schedule is going to be in Nov 22. Believed they have staffing issue. See if they will keep rescheduling my appointment and eventually no service will be provided. Hope Not...

Very understaffed supposedly is the case. Which leads to no responses no follow up on faxes or calls. Constant rescheduling,Wrong emails given to get you off the phone. It's unfortunate but if you need treatment that requires consistency and staff on to of your treatment this will not be the one. Unless you can keep popping into the office physically to make sure they are helping you with referrals or any assistance.

If I could rate this negative stars I would. Can't even get ahold of a person not just Beaverton but ANY LOCATION. I tried hillsboro tigard 4 different portland ones. We had to drive to Vancouver and pay 400$ for a tooth extraction when my husband has Medicade that would've paid for it bit he was in tears from the pain. Great customer service. How you guys are in business is baffling and don't respond that you understand my frustration generic response. No I'm not emailing your feedback team. Others have done so already and it seems they are asleep at the desk. Worst company ever don't give your business and run far from this place

I can't even explain the the frustration i am feeling with this office. I have tried calling and calling the past 2 weeks and even left voicemails like the prompt says and I still haven't gotten a call back. Im trying to schedule MY CHILD for an appointment due to she is experiencing discomfort on the one side of her mouth. I originally came to this office due to the fact the other office located in Tigard would as well not answer the phones. What an absolute disappointment and, I will be taking my complaint a lot further than just google. This is my child's health and it is not a joke. Poor excuse of a company. Update: Still no phone call back. Ha what a joke. 8/5/22

I have been trying to call this office for 3 weeks now. I've tried all different times of day and different days of the week. No one has ever answered. I have also left multiple messages, no one has returned my calls. Does this office even have people working there?

Can never get ahold of them to schedule an appointment leave a voicemail like it says and never get a call back and been calling for months and have had sever tooth pain verry unsatisfied with the way they treat clients verry unprofessional

Established patient for years. Called and left a VM during normal business hours to come in to have a nagging tooth looked at. Never got a call back. Been thinking I needed to find a new dentist for a few years as my experiences here have really gone downhill the last few years. Took this as a silent notification that it was time to move on for which I did and was seen within days at a new dentist office. This company is poorly managed and others should avoid them. Reading all the other reviews my experience is the same as others. And I'll bet their review monitor bot will leave a reply saying I need to email them for help.

NEVER answers the phone & NEVER returns voicemail calls!! Forced to drive to the clinic to get anything done!! All together I've left a dozen voicemails over the last year and NONE of them were ever returned!!!

Good luck even going here. Have been trying to schedule an appointment here based on a referral, but they do not answer their phones, and they do not return calls, even though the automated message says they'll get back to you within 24 hours. As far as a Dentist experience goes, this is the worst by far, and I haven't even been seen yet!

I have to reiterate that Advantage Dental does not answer their phone, ever. I tried to call both the number on my invoice and the office I visited. They do not respect my time either. At other offices I could schedule my eval and cleaning on the same day at the same time. At Advantage Dental they performed an eval then wanted me to come back a couple hours later for the cleaning. I dont want to take a whole day off just to see the dentist.

I had a really good experience with Joan the Dental Hygienist. She was very honest and genuine about my dental care and made sure that her environment and her patient was relaxed. I highly recommend Joan!

I went to this dentist when they were still Gentech, and they were fantastic. Now I can't even get a call back or an answer. I have a dental emergency and I just need a referral for a root canal. I've tried calling numerous times. I am in severe pain and cannot go to another clinic due to insurance. This is next level cruel. It's been seven months of me calling since my tooth broke in half, and now I can't bear the pain anymore. I spoke with their customer service line for Advantage insurance and they told me to call around to see if I can get an appointment because they can't see the schedules, and not a single place has ever answered or responded.

I'm giving a one star because I cannot get anybody to call me back to schedule my kids for an appointment!!!! I've been trying for last two weeks. I've left voicemails with my name and phone number, and my kids are already established patients. This is getting ridiculous as my daughters filling has fallen out and my son chipped his tooth. So frustrated, I don't even know what to do. I guess it's time to look for a new dentist. I really liked who worked on my kids, so this is a bummer.

I don't want to alarm the company... but your phones have been broken for almost five years now. Do you know that they are never actually answered? This may be a good opportunity for a phone vendor to swoop in with functional equipment. AT&T? Verizon? Comcast?!? Can anybody help this struggling company with basic customer service tools like phone lines?
