I mean I don't know what I expected. Of course anytime a place is not dependent on the choice of their customers wether or not to use them some level of customer service Is going to suffer. But you at-least expect people to have some level of human decency and concern for others. Especially when working in what is essentially a medical profession. It is absent from the staff at this facility on an alarming level. I recommend finding any option you have even if it means traveling to an advantage dental in A different city though I don't know if they will be any better.

I recently had two teeth pulled at Bandon Advantage Dental. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The dentist was very candid, informative and professional. It was a good experience.

Dr.Hu and team are amazing! I had to get medical clearance for a job and they made it easy, got me into multiple appointments quickly, and were reasonably priced since I don't have dental insurance! I appreciate all of their work

HORRIBLE! BE CAREFUL AT THE BANDON LOCATION!!! I've been with advantage since 2009 never had a problem. In 2021 had a fillling done on a front tooth by Husein Samikh Shaikh Hussein, which had to be corrected I waited several months for this well into 2022. When I went to have the filling corrected I also had him do another filling on the back tooth done. He stated if I had pain to let him know which I did, he responded with there's NO WAY that you're having pain. I also had other work done at another dentist because Advantage Bandon was so booked out. When Hussain looked at the work I had done at another dentist he told me it was done all wrong and it had to be redone. Now remember I was going to him to have something corrected that HE worked on. He was very unprofessional about that. I then proceeded to talk to the front end staff and very calmly asked I would like the other in-house dentist. Next thing I know Hussein is calling me telling me that I'm not allowed there anymore! So I called corporate. Corporate just sent me a letter stating that I was demanding and APPEARED aggressive and the staff felt intimidated and threatened.(wow) I never had a problem in 13 years with advantage. This does not deserve one star I had to give one star to be able to post this! Now don't go only by what I say, just look at the other reviews! P.s to be fair the hygienist(Nancy) at this location was awesome*****

They ask personal medical questions about vaccination status infront of all those waiting in the lobby which I find rather intrusive and unprofessional. Have me fill out a PRIVATE form, don't ask me to disclose my right to medical privacy. When I challenged, the women in the office were snotty. Walked out, wont be returning obviously. Editing to add, STOP DISCRIMINATING, Advantage Dental!! You would never ask someone if they had HIV even though you're a "medical facility" which is the reason you gave me when I asked if you should be asking such private medical questions. Vaccines do not stop the transmission or contraction of covid. Masks either. Hmm, it is showing that my review has been removed but then I come to add it again and its allowing me to edit it. People need to know about the businesses who put nonsense fear mongering before providing care. Will continue to boycott this business.

Professional, kind and caring!!! They absolutely don't treat you like livestock which seems to be the norm for other dentist offices. Very good experience, highly recommended!!!

I want to Thank Dr. Shaikh and All of the Staff For Doing an Amazing Job I have severe anxiety about Dentist but They All Took Very good Care Of Me I Would Definitely Recommend This Dentist He Gets a 10 in My Books Thank You All So Very Much May God Bless You All.

My dental emergency was addressed within 24hrs of contacting them. I was overwhelmed with pain and anxiety, the dental assistants were amazing at calming me down and supporting me through the process. The dentist was incredible. He created a few options for what could be done, then explained them thoroughly. The work he did was excellent. I was a challenging patient do to my anxiety, everyone did great job. Front desk Maya and Rylee are absolutely fantastic! Doctor Shaikh was amazing and I will be returning to him for all of my dental work. The whole atmosphere of the office was so welcoming and happy, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have a dentist emergency I have online submitted a request, left two voicemails and tried to call during the business hours still got voicemail and when they called me it rang twice and no voicemail was left. The office located in Bandon is terrible and they're scheduling is so far out that preventative care isn't even an option I would recommend finding a different office
